Great and friendly staff. Clean property and spacious.

Personal preference: special smoking area would have been better. People were smoking everywhere. At the restaurant, at the pool and I went to have fresh air not smoke. Especially being a place for families they shouldn’t inhale smoke. I just felt smoking was disrespectful for non-smokers. They should take that in consideration to make a special corner for smokers to avoid those who don’t smoke

We paid for a non-lake view, but they upgraded us to a ground floor lake view room free of charge. It had an amazing view, really pleased with the upgrade. The room was spotless, really clean and hygienic. Beds were comfortable and blankets were warm. The indoor pool was a good temperature, I didn't try the outdoor pool but it has a great view of the mountains and lake. Staff were all friendly and helpful and the restaurant was very nice. Nice village a 15 minute walk from the hotel with a few bars and restaurants. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area, the views are absolutely exceptional. Definitely hire a car from the airport as you can see a lot more of the local areas.

The views were amazing, the pool was lovely and the hotel was clean. The staff were friendly and the food in the restaurant was good there are so many choices of pizza! Me and my friends had a wonderful stay! Tignale has a castle/church at the very top (big hike) but the views are outstanding! For the price we paid it exceeded our expectations.

The location would only be accessible if you had a hire car and wanted to explore the towns around. You would be very isolated without the option of transport here. The walls were fairly thin but being a quiet hotel after 10pm this was absolutely fine and had a lovely nights sleep. The town itself is very small so if your wanting activities you would need to venture out to other locations but the lake itself has so many beautiful places to see.

Kids loved the playroom and outdoor playground. Both small but good for younger children. View was great and pool must be nice when it is hot.

Indoor pool was too cold. Pillows very hard and uncomfortable. Staff in restaurant could be more welcoming and maybe smile from time to time. First time that I had to bring my own toilet paper... I also do not like it when I have to get rid of trash and recycling by myself, departure with young children is usually stressful enough..

The staff were so friendly! Even greeting me later in the week when I pumped into one of them in the town. I was offered a free bottle of wine when I arrived too. The on-site restaurant is great! There are two swimming pools and the views are second to none. I absolutely loved it!

The bed wasn’t the most comfortable and the pillows quite thin. Having to provide your own toilet paper felt a little bit mean, but I was happy to see there was a roll when I arrived and there is a shop just up the road.

I was very afraid after I read all those negative comments about the room's conditions, but was not sense at all. I was surprised so far how rooms looks like, view from window.. everything was perfect. The room was clean, everything was well maintained, the bed was very comfortable. The room was not old at all, probably they got renovated recently. Once we arrived, the kind woman from reception give us a vine! We were surprised. Thank you for your hospitality.

Very good location, friendly staff. Good PIZZA). Amaizing view to Garda Lake. Late check in was arrnaged and room was prepared. I forgot some personal items and Hotel staff assist to sent it back to me by Post. very kind from their side, and so cooperative. Recommend to stay.

Outside and inside pools, spacious apartments, it was great! There is a really nice restaurant on site. The view is breathtaking.

The rooms are quite noisy, and although the view is great, in order to get to the village (Tignale) it’s a 20 min hike up. So no nice outfits or heels advised. The trip down to get to te lake is a 15 min drive by car. What they don’t tell you up front is that you’re supposed to bring your own toilet paper and kitchen equipment, such as dish soap and a sponge. We found out hours before through a message sent through booking.com. There is no AC, which complicates things in summer.

The staff was friendly, cleanliness 👌, delicious food, the view from the balcony and restaurant terrace mesmerizing!

There is no air conditioner. Although you can get a fan at the reception, it was still hot to sleep 😴

180 degree views of the dolomites a view to die for , everything you need on site except a shop for apartment resources but everyone needs a car to get here so it's not a issue. Family interacted well and tried to speak English while I did broken Italian, it made for a most enjoyable holiday. Warm indoor pool and great value food made October a good time to go.

Due to it being last week of the season items of food not available and obviously not getting anymore in as one week to go.
