This property is set back into the mountains so a car is really beneficial. We were warmly greeted by reception and all staff we met were so kind and helpful. We booked a 2 bed apartment, the rooms were plenty big enough, clean and good quality bedding and comfortable beds. The air conditioning was also a welcome bonus but was quite noisy for the person sleeping in the lounge area. The pool is beautiful and the outlook over the lake is fantastic. When the sun beds ran out, staff were quick to go and get more. Breakfast was plentiful and fresh. There was a good choice for all of our group. Would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend if you have a car. Great location for exploring the lake and driving to Verona.

We had an early morning flight and despite paying for breakfast, they wouldn’t even give us some pastries for the children for the journey.

Fabulous location with superb views of the lake and a cool breeze which was very beneficial on hot days. Delicious breakfast and helpful and friendly staff. Thank you.

We found the accommodation rather stark and the sofabed appeared somewhat dull and grubby. This was improved by placing one of the spare blankets over it. A few more pictures and another small table would have helped to make it more pleasant. The bathroom and kitchen facilities were very good. Our second two nights were in a ground floor apartment with much larger windows which enhanced the view and in our opinion was better having been refurbished.

The views are spectacular The pool is nice and big The location is 5 minutes from the main town of Garda Breakfast was great and the staff very accommodating. Warm heaters outside when it was cold They recently upgraded their wifi and I was able to do all the smart work I needed. Upload and download speed were excelent

Nothing worth mentioning

The staff was very friendly, the property was very clean. The brakfast was good, I can not write anything bad about this hotel.

The only thing I didn’t like was that the house was very cold due to the weather, we had to tell them to switch the heating on and it took two days to get heated up.

Delighted that Staff arranged a gluten free birthday cake for my daughter at a very reasonable cost, so friendly and accommodating with this request. All reports I had were 'lovely hotel' great views nice pool.

Without a car, and with poor public transport the hotel has some limitations

the rooms were large and clean, the staff were very helpful and welcoming, the restaurant is great and kids loved the pool and breakfast. we stayed at the lake view rooms which had a wonderful view of the pool and lake, and the balcony was a great place to relax at. staff made an extra effort to make sure our group’s rooms are next to each other which definitely made a huge difference for us.

we were surprised not to get any shampoo/soap and the rooms, nor could we get extra garbage bags or toilet paper. the staff kindly explained that this property is not a hotel but rather a “residence” and thus we should take care of these things ourselves. it’s fair, but would have loved to know that in advance as we didn’t bring anything with us and by the time we got there everything was closed so we had no soap or shampoo to shower :(

The location was perfect, easy access to Lake Garda. The views were stunning, especially from the pool area. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. We stayed in a two bedroom apartment, plenty of space and small kitchen area.

The room we stayed in was a little dated compared to some of the pictures of the property.

Great location, large swimming pool, friendly staff, loved the much-needed air con. Villa worked well for us.

Woken up several times by the people above us going to the toilet and having a shower. Also very noisy chairs scraping the floor.

The location is great, only 5-6 minutes driving to Garda and close to other nice villages on the south part of the lake. Swimming pool was really nice also enough shades around the pool. We stayed at the Villa 2 and our stay was comfortable and nice. Heard from other guests that the regular apartments need renovation. Reception personeel was Nice and friendly all the times!

There is no 4G connection around the accommodation but also the WiFi was not working in the houses. We were already warned about this by the reception during check-in. Agree that you should rest, relax and go offline during holiday but we all need internet nowadays so simple as checking what time the supermarket or pharmacy opens and shuts down. I would recommend the residence managers to arrange WiFi access in the villa’s. Another min point was the bathroom. Bathroom in the villa number 2 requires a renovation. the shower cabin was really small especially if you need to bath your young kids.

Exceptional view, my daughter loved staying in the pool all day long. Lovely staff. We stayed in a villa and it was very well equiped, alot of towels and kitchenware. If they add a laundry area in the residence that would be perfect
