The location was excellent with such easy rail and bus links and only 10 minutes from the airport. Not so far to walk into Santi Spirito and a wonderful authentic Italian restaurant very close by. Alessandro and Angelica were the best hosts and provided me with so much essential information. Travelling on my own I would have been lost without them as Apuglia is still pretty much off the tourist track and very few people speak English. So thank you.

It’s worth a mention that I also stayed in a ground floor studio on the port in Santo Spirito which Alessandro and Angelica manage. It was superb in terms of location and without a car it personally suited me better than La Villa. An English TV channel would have been nice but probably not available as yet in the area. Would highly recommend Vini and Bocconi with the beach opposite.

I booked this place for a one-night stay before renting a car the next day. I was pleasantly surprised by the beautiful garden, unique room layout, and very interesting shower facilities, which I didn't expect. The mattress on the bed was also top-notch. I enjoyed the scrambled eggs that were made for breakfast. To get to the airport, I used the host's shuttle service and was able to get a lot of useful information about the surrounding area Puglia. If I come back again, I'm thinking about renting a local car through the host.

Everything about this stay was awesome - the staff (finally people who speak english in apulia), the free breakfast, the room, the private bathroom and the air conditioning.

The only bad part is the location / i had underestimated how hard it would be to get around from this place. Very limited train options into bari centrale and a 15 mins walk to the train station. Even getting to the airport was hard and i had to take a taxi (public transit was an hour vs a 10 mins car ride). Taxi from bari centrale back to the accomm was 25 euros and taxi to the airport was 20 euros. Definitely better to have a car if you stay here or only stay for one night before heading out to the airport.

The breakfast was delicious and they fit what you like. Eggs, fruits, coffee (in my case with vegetable milk). Alessandro offers to take you and/or bring you from/to the airport at a super good price. The room was very comfortable. Also, it was cleaned daily. It has everything you need: towels, hair dryer, soap, shampoo. I went there for my birthday and it was a very good experience. I really enjoyed my stay.

The place was beautiful, nice and clean. Location was excellent, 10 minutes drive from Bari airport. The breakfast was very good, fresh fruits and eggs. The house has a beautiful garden. The staff was very welcoming and helpful, helped us with the car rental. The place was nicer than we expected, the pictures in booking didn't show how nice it is. I had a delightful holiday. The room was comfortable and very clean. Alessandro and his wife are really helpful and friendly, and they also gave me excellent recommendations regarding tourist attractions and local food. As a solo female traveller, I felt completely safe during this trip and I enjoyed it a lot! I will come back for sure:).

The host was super nice! Location is great too, close to the sea, close to the airport, beautiful garden, very nice house and you can tell the room was renovated recently and decorated with great care and thought. We got the towels and they were soft and smelled like Fresh laundry, how nice! Shower was also crazy with this water massage function from the sides.

For me the bed was very comfy but for my boyfriend a bit too soft and he didn't sleep that well.

We picked this property as it was close to the airport and we had an early morning flight (too early for breakfast). Alessandro and his wife were very friendly and helpful, providing the lift to the airport at 4.30am. The property is in a quiet residential street and the room was comfortable so we had no problem sleeping.

Was very clean, bed was comfortable, nice host and staff, nice a/c room, black out roll down blinds to keep the heat out and warm breakfast (eggs and toast)

Alessandro and his wife were incredible hosts! The hospitality was so delightful. The facility was impeccably clean and comfortable! We really appreciated the ability to arrange a pick up/drop-off from the airport (20€ each way). Breakfast was lovely (you have the option to choose between savoury and sweet). We had the savoury option and it was just the right amount of food, freshly prepared. Would highly recommend if you want to support a local business to stay close to the airport or to visit Bari! Grazie Mille!!!
