Very new modern style hotel (former factory having been transformed into a residency hotel); very friendly staff, good breakfast; very clean; private parking lot for 10€ a day; easy to go by foot or by bus to the city center

we had a room in the attic (2nd floor) with a small window; it was ok for us; there are rooms with balcony facing the inner courtyard in 1st floor

Big and confortable rooms, heated (was very important for my lady in December). This accomodatiom is 10 minutes walk away from the Central Station an another 10 minutes from the City Centre. They have a parking place, which in that area is more than ussesfull. Breakfast is buffet but it is verry interesting that a lady serves you with all what you need (in this way they reduce a lot the food waste).

They should integrate the cost of parking in the price of accomodation or to let you know from the beggining that this service is not included. By the way, the parking place it is a must and it is more than apreciatted.

It's a comfortable hotel 20 mins walking from the main station. The breakfast is great and the rooms are clean.

I liked about everything in the hotel. Our room was really big, so was the bathroom and the beds were comfortable, not too soft and not too hard. The breakfast was adequate but partly not self-service, i.e. you occasionally had to queue a bit to get what you want.

The location is not good for a tourist. There are now restaurants near by open before evening, as there are in the Old Town. The distance to Old Town is not that big, but too much to walk on daily basis and the public transport in Bari works on scale from 1 to 10 as about 6. Taxi to railway station, which is rather central, about 10 euros.

Location wise: relatively close to Bari central station in a non touristy neighbourhood with good local restaurants and shops in the area. However, it is a good 20 minute walk to the town centre and probably another 20 to the old town where the church of Saint Nicholas is located. The hotel has a large open air car park located around the corner from the hotel with direct access to the back of the building. If you are coming by car and using the ferries to Greece or Albania, it is easy to get to and from the port and the motorway. We stayed in a triple room which was excellent in that the single bed was in a separate area with a sliding door. The room had an industrial chic design and was comfortable for 3 adults. Unfortunately, due to a mix up with the ferry company, we were unable to spend the night and review breakfast. Hotel is in an old factory and has been beautifully restored showing off its industrial past. Reception was welcoming and helpful. I will definitely be staying here next time I come to Bari.

The room was very clean, the staff were very helpful and friendly, the room size was good, the hotel was 10 min walk from the main rail station, room facilities were very fine- kettle, coffee, tea, hair dryer etc, the room was very quiet, the bed was very big and confortable. We asked for one more blanket and it was given to us right away

The ventilation system on warm air was not working- so if you are not confortable with the cold weather is not so fine. At breakfast you were not allowed to help yourself with the food, there was always a lady to place the food on the plate for you, indirectly to limit your intake:). I was not bothered however, but it can be a point for those who want to eat more.

One of the cleanest hotels I've been to. The hotel was spotless. Lots of polite staff serving with a smile and keeping everything clean. Room was also immaculate and the air conditioner was quiet and powerful. Breakfast had lots of varieties, both sweet and savory. Hotel had its own fenced private parking for 10€/day. Hotel is located fairly close to the central station for easy travel by rail or bus.

If you're a light sleeper, the noise from the lift might be bothersome. Although fairly close to central station, it's still a 20-30 minute walk from the hustle and bustle (if that's what you are looking for) of the old town. Then again, you know it when booking, so not an issue.

Nice hotel,with spacious rooms,but simple furniture.The bathroom is really nice.We could hear everything from the corridor,and also the elevator,so it was noisy for us.Very kind people at the reception:)We got the rooms next to each other as we asked for.Bus station is about 100 metres and it takes you to the Bari Central Station.

The breakfast is not self-service at all.You have to stand in a queue and ask for what you would like to eat.When you wanted to ask for a "2nd run" the women told that you had already eaten....and what if we are still hungry???During our stay-4 nights-we had exactly the same offer,no change at all.

Exceeded my expectations for a 3 stars hotel. Seems that they will rebrand into IRON hotel soon. Very large rooms and bathrooms. Very clean hotel, modern facilities, from cards access to modern bathrooms, a lot of coffee machines, up to AC...last versions.. Changing towels every day, cleaning rooms daily. Great location - 10min walk from Bari Central train station. Nice neighborhood, very safe at midnight.

Continental breakfast - same every day, but even though very good value for money.

Even though the hotel is quite far from the old city, if walking is not a problem for someone, you have to choose to stay at this hotel. All expectations are met from a 3-star hotel which in other parts of the world will be rated as 4-star. Rooms are simple but efficiently furnished, reception is very nicely designed and beds are very comfortable. The breakfast is Italian style with lots of cookies and sweets but there is also a variety of cold buffet including cheese products, yogurts, vegetables and meats. The people in reception are very kind and extremely helpful with all the requests you might have. For example, I am a light sleeper and I asked for my room to be changed. It has been solved in seconds. The train station is within a short walking distance from the hotel and it is quite convenient if you plan to visit Matera and Alberobello.

Coffee! There could be at least some filtered coffee at breakfast.
