Lorenzo is very friendly .we booked 1 hr before on NYE upon arriving he gave us a glass of prosecco and he gave us a beautiful upgrade to a room with Jacuzzi.he also arranged to have our NYE dinner there too .food was exceptional .vv good.lorenzo also gave us a nice bottle of wine to take .lorenzo really made our NYE special . Very Highly recomended hotel staff very friendly ,very clean and close to centre and beach .

We stayed one night in a sufficiently spacious, newly renovated, and clean room. Everything was fine for us, so I‘ll just highlight a couple of things: 1) The friendliness and service orientation of all staff members that we encountered: The nonno at the reception, the other people during the check-in and the gentleman serving the breakfast. 2) The spacious shower with great drainage (not a given in Italy) and nice lighting. 3) The home-made carrot cake at breakfast. There was a selection of home-made cakes but this one really stuck out to me. My wife loved the orange cake. We really appreciate the hotel owners making their own, traditional cakes and pastry, and serving it to their guests. 4) The staff serving the food (you choose from a buffet) at breakfast. This is way more hygienic than a self-serving buffet. 5) The price, of course. You get more than you pay for. Let me mention three aspects that did not impact our own experience but may be important for others: 1) The description says “beachfront”, while the hotel is in fact only in the second row of buildings. Less than a minute walk to the beach (~50m, there is surely greater distance within some hotels); no problem at all but technical not beachfront. 2) The breakfast is typical Italian, I’d say. So, a great selection of sweet stuff, but don’t expect sausages, bacon, vegetables, fruit (except for juice and jam) or the like. If you prefer savory stuff, there is however cheese, cold cuts and (white) bread as well as grissini! 3) There is no desk in the room. Didn’t bother us during our one-night stay and likely won’t bother beach vacationers but since the hotel is open all year, maybe business travelers wanting to get some work done may miss it. As already mentioned, these three points are not meant to be criticism and did not bother us at all. It’s just supposed to be information for other travelers, to whom we wholeheartedly and sincerely recommend a stay!

Very friendly owner. He welcomed us with a glass of Prosecco :) The room was clean and spacious. Good choice for breakfast. We had a dog and they agreed to prepare an outside table especially for us. They found a solution for a parking which was full. Thank you for having us ❤️

Everything was amazing

Wonderful small, family run hotel with a very friendly and accommodating owner. He will truly treat you like family. Rooms very clean and comfortable only a block off the beach with breakfast included in your daily rate.

Not a reflection on the hotel or its excellent service but the village was dead due to it being the off season

Room was clean and nice. Water pressure in the shower was very good, and we have fancy led lights in the shower, that we liked :) Bed was big and comfy, room was clean. You can order a dinner, every day we had two different dishes to choose from on the first and the second dish. The food was delicous, owner said it is cooked by his Mother. On the breakfast you can choose a pie, fruits or cheese + meat. Stuff was very nice and helpfull :)

We stayed their for a night. The owner and staff were very friendly. We had a large room with a large confortable bed but a tiny bathroom (though everything in it: shower, toilet, bidet)

Fantastic location and the owner and his family were very kind, polite and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable and the buffet breakfast was excellent with homemade cakes, pastries and coffee. A perfect stay, I will be back the next time I am in Igea Marina!

We were accepted very warmly. It is a very good family run hotel with home atmosphere. Lorenzo is very friendly and helpful host. We took two rooms, of which one was normal, but the second one was very good with extracomfortable shower. The breakfast was good and included very tasty cakes cooked by Lorenzo's mother. The location was great. It is on the second street from the beach, about 100 m from the beach. The beach was private but we did not pay as we did not take the sunsheds but just came there to swim.

The shower in one room was not as good as in the second one but still OK.

Really nice location, 2nd row from the beach. Room was clean with new bathroom. Breakfast was excellent with fresh fruits smoothies and owners moms baked cakes. At the reception hotel owner (son, its family business) offered free beer or coffee. Also gave us free parking (other hotels around charges 10-15€ per day). After that they offered free of charge beach sunbeds and umbrella. Just gave us the ticket and we get free sunbeds 2nd row from the sea(at the beach it cost €5-26 per day depends of how far from the sea is your spot). Thanks for great stay.

The owner is absolutely fantastic! The service is amazing and the place itself too! Definitely try out the homemade cake!
