What a gem. The hotel is a family run small property with newly renovated rooms and a fantastic restaurant. The staff makes you feel at home every day, the owner takes care of you as if you were the only guest in the hotel. The staff is attentive, the room is comfortable, we had a king size bed and bunk beds for our teenage son. Breakfast included, pet friendly, parking adjacent, and the food… fish and more fish dishes, deliciously prepared and presented: the pizza unbelievably good. Not a trap for tourist but an honest business.

There is nothing I didn’t like. I can only recommend it and will come back as soon as I can.

A very nice small hotel. 5-10 minutes from Bibione. Large free car park. Probably the biggest advantage is the restaurant. Prices are average, pizza and pasta around 10 E. Food portions are large, lots of fresh ingredients. Very good service. It's great that it's NO SMOKING! The smell of cigarettes in every Italian restaurant is disgusting. The waiter from Albania is very nice and communicative and speaks English. You have a discount -10%. The rooms are cleaned every day. Bed is large and comfortable. There is air conditioning in the room. Fridge is in the room. Rooms have a large terrace. You can rent bikes. Breakfast could be more varied. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful.

Breakfast is good but after a few days it starts to get boring, could be a bit more varied.

Perfect location, specifically if you want to drive on Friday, stay 3 minutes from Bibione center and avoid the madness on Saturday...Bonus, in 20 years of coming to Bibione this hotel is not only comfortable but has the best food and service I have experienced in a very long time. The restaurant alone is worth a very short drive out of Bibione to appreciate what is without doubt some of the best food I have eaten..Dont go and order pizza and Spag bol..you will get exactly what you expect..but the Tagliata and Tagliatelle with octopus I ate is exceptional and can not be found in your every day restaurant..well worth a short drive out...look forward to my next visit !!

great location, free bike rental, cycling to the beach was great, night riding as well. rooms clean, tidy every day, air conditioning, large terrace, the owner and staff very helpful and kind. we will definitely be back

Breakfast was okay, with minimal choice but good quality. The manager and the staff were kind, however not too talkative.

We had dinner at the hotel's restaurant one night, which was not too fresh and it didn't correspond exactly to what we ordered.
