We couldn't order dinner, because the restaurant was comletely full. The availability of the car in the parking lot was not easy, because the cars parking in two rows, and the car in the first row blocking the other car in the second row. Manageable, however not comfortable.

Great kitchen, superior personnel a food quality. Full pension is by far better choice than all-inclusive. Nice rent-a-bike service, always free bikes.

Our room had small balcony and hard to see the sea.

Everything was nice. Good time to take rest in holiday time. Very delicious breakfast and dinner food. It was always a garden for dog in this hotel. We recomend this hotel with pleasure

Staff was outstanding at the Kette hotel from the concierge to cleaning personal to breakfast staff.

Everything was outstanding.

The food is tasty and delicious at the dinner, but the serving is badly organized. Sometimes we have to wait too much for getting served, and sometimes one or two meals were simply forgotten and I had to complian about it to get it. I think the meals for one table should be served at once or shortly one after another. It can not occur that few people get their meals but others get it just 30 minutes later at the same table.

Dear Booking.com, I have been booking with you for many years now in many occasions with mostly success and satisfaction, regardless fewer challenges. But now I am very exhausted and dissatisfied, i feel I was cheated and treated in an unfair way. I have booked 3 consecutive weeks and I thought once in a life I can let myself be treated with staying at a 4star hotel. and here came the exhausting experience. Bibione Hotel Palace is a moderate, nice looking hotel with nice flowers and great beaches but its single rooms can't even make it upn to 2 stars, even the worst apartments are better than these. Important to note that the problem is not its size but the price.of it. The same type of room was offered by Hotel Olimpia with more than 100.000.- HUF less price but I went for the 4stars. So I ask for at least 300 EUR return from the paid 855 EUR. I am not ok with a voucher to be used for my next possibe stay. I ask you to settle this complaint and refund as soon as possible and suggest you to someitmes check and control the places you are advertising. I try to confirm my complaint with some pictures but due to lack of space, I could hardly make good photoes and not easy to see what I am talking about. By the way I havent even received the last day breakfast, despite the fact that I informed the staff well in advance several times. I hope I do not have to make further complaing steps.
