Very clean hotel, very friendly staff at all areas. Comfortable to park underneath the hotel, within the price of the room. Room was renovated and looked very nice. Nice restaurant/bar on the roof. Opposite the city center.

A bit hard to find, had to drive twice around the block to finally find the parking. There is no official reception area where you can stop. A road sign might help.

Location was great with underground car parking. The room was very clean and very comfortable, if not a little dated in decor - but obviously this did not affect our stay. There was the most amazing restaurant on the roof. Food was exceptional and service from the young g girl behind the bar was excellent (only sorry I didn’t get her name). Infact all the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful.

Just the decor needs updating

Spacious clean comfortable room with big bed and 2 chairs. Nice light bright room. Good breakfast choices. Lovely hotel. Good free underground parking. Good location for city exploration.

Air conditioning didn't work under 22 degrees C. No prices for resturant displayed in reception or on website. There was no coffee provided for the kettle only tea.

Everything but especially the staff at reception. Unfortunately, they can not remember their names but are so friendly and accommodating. Rooms recently updates, I think, amazing rooftop area, free parking, and central location. I have a fondness for this hotel. I had to leave early due to family illness back in 2022, and they were amazing.

Modern security and they are upgrading the decor. Rooms are spacious and immaculate. The hotel is close to the shopping district with a shopping mall 2 mins walk away. There is a park across the road with a lovely restaurant in the middle where we had a nightcap some evenings. There is a roof top restaurant and bar in the hotel with a fabulous relaxed atmosphere. The waiters are fun and ever so helpful. You must try the funiculare to go to the old piazza with loads of restaurants and great atmosphere and breathtaking views. the staff in the hotel were the nicest, most friendly and helpful people. nothing was too much bother for them. We felt like family there.

Very kind personnel - reception and breakfast. The reception personnel give me the information I need and recommend me a very good Italian restaurant in the city center. Nice location near the city center. Very good breakfast,

The crack in the wall near the bad. The noise of the heating/air conditioned system. Fancy restaurant, but the quality of food vs price not so good, although the personnel was very kind.

Tha staff were very friendly and professional. The restaurant was excellent in terms of service and food. They will serve half portions if wanted so that you can try different things which I thought was a great idea as there are a number of dishes which sound & taste great.

Nothing, all at the hotel from front of house to the cleaners are doing an excellent job.

The breakfast was good, with variety of food. Scramble eggs are nice.

There is not enough plug area in the room. And there is another door locked in the room which is a bit weird.

Staff are very nice and helpful. The breakfast is good and offers a small selection of local products.
