This is a family run 3star roadside hotel. 6-7 minutes drive to bologna center. Attended well, room cleaned everyday, towels renewed every day, never dusty (except unused safe wardrobe). Bathroom and wc with bidet is clean, hot water available 7/24. Breakfast is a delicacy with fresh baked cakes from the Signora the owner. Italian families stay frequently with their children one or two nights. 70 meters from a bus station. A convenience for people whom does not have a personal or rented car (unless you feel diatracted from the majority of immigrants in the bus, though I never felt so, they are cheerful and unattattentive to foreigners or tourists) There is a very fine restaurant with genuine Italian cuisine just minutes of drive from the hotel (Ristoranto Ballarini, ristoranteballarini.com) where you can find the perfect traditional dishes at a reasonable price.

There was no central heating in our room so A/C unit had to be on all night long, no hotel sleepers to walk in room, no cattle and tea/coffee compliments in the room( but there is a professional coffee machine at the cafe/restaurant where you can supply any Italian coffee you may like) or tea. Outside is usually colder with and more humid, possibly from the nearby river Reno, than the town center.

very friendly ,hotel staff were excellent. although we didnt speak much italian and they didnt speak much english they went above and beyond with service to ensure we were happy, its a very busy area and seemed to be people around all night lots of parking with good cctv coverage so the car was always safe , very good breakfast menu typical of the hotels i have stayed in in bolognia,

there was nothing that i didnt like about this hotel i always rate hotel stays on the people that work there and you could not wish for better staff and they taught me how to order coffee in italian as my first attempt at a lattegot me a lovely cup of warm milk room was kept very clean every day with loads of fresh towels.

Super kind staff, they recently changed management and they are all very kind and friendly. The room is properly heated for winter, it is clean and the bathroom is huge. The Internet is very good. And there are several options for breakfast as well. All in all, always a great place to stay nearby the airport.

For some reason the lift wasn't working when I arrived, but since my room was on the second floor I just took the stairs. That's about everything that I could say, everything else was great.

Excellent value for the money, clean and tidy, staff is friendly and helpful. There is a restaurant next to the hotel, the food is very good and the price is reasonable. Also there is a bar and some fresh fruits sold next to the road. Bus stup - line 87 going to and coming from the city centre - is right in front of the main door of the hotel, you can buy tickets at the reception desk of the hotel. I only ate a few fruits and some boiled eggs for breakfast, but the selection seemed to be OK. You have to get the food over the counter, no self service here.

The only thing about the location - the hotel is next to a main road where there is no pedestrian walkway. There are very few things nearby, if you want a shop or anything you have to use a car or bus, no way to walk.

I booked this hotel because of its competitive rate and access to parking. Although it is 6-7 Km from central Bologna it was only 10 mins to Piazza Maggiore in central Bologna. It is also only 25 minutes to Moderna and the Ferrari Museum. For car drivers I think this is and excellent choice as no complications with 24 hour car parking. The room was very good with all the facilities and included a great breakfast with many options. The staff were very good and given I had stuffed up my booking dates adjusted them without issue.

Access to an English language news channel would have been icing on the cake!

The bathroom could do with a bit of a makeover, but it didn't detract from the overall quality of our stay.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly and gave us all the information we needed. The hotel breakfast was good, and the coffee at breakfast was better than in most comparable hotels.

A restaurant attached to a hotel should be better. There is a much nicer restaurant not far away with the same prices.

Breakfast was simple but complete, fresh coffee and products. The location was nice, in front of the main road, but the room was very isolated, without noise.

The room was a bit dirty when we come in, it could be much better.

The staff is the really nice. We spent only one night, family with the dog. No charges for the dog. Very clean and quiet. Thay saved us breakfast at 11 (was finished at 8.00) Thank you, you are amazing!

Quirky room decor and delightful breakfast room with courtyard for the leisurely inclusive breakfast. Proximity to the airport and late check-in were important for our trip. Friendly efficient staff.
