Very well located. Staff is super nice.

There was a very strong smell of sewage in the bathroom. We stayed only two nights but the second night it was almost unbearable to use the toilet

The staff were very friendly at reception and the service was good everywhere we went including the cafe and the osteria. The food was very good in both places as well as the breakfast. The room was spacious and the bed comfortable. The room had a lovely frescoed ceiling but no paintings or other decorations on the walls which made it feel a bit sparse. But that’s just my opinion. It is very close to the railway station and not far from the centre of town. It rained the whole time we were there so I did a quick sketch of the interesting view from our room one afternoon. Overall very good.

The property was fantastic, amazing space and so much going for it with a cafe, a couple of restaurants/bar. The room itself was a family room and was very spacious and very comfortable for us. The staff particularly the gentleman that checked us in were exceptional, after checking us in he went to a big effort to help us with dinner plans, calling a restaurant to see if they can get us a table, and with this not being possible recommending a restaurant close by which was very good. Additionally, they gave my son a little teddy bear and activity books/games, which was a really nice touch.

The Hotel location was great, not far, walking distance, from the main sites to visit. The room nice decorated and haved a nice big terrace giving on the park behind the hotel. The staff was nice and helpful

we booked this hotel cause it was mentioned on booking FREE PARKING AVAILABLE wish was not the case. The parking is billed 24 euros/ night and for me it wasn't that secure. Open air slots with one of the doors always open wish seems not that secure as some people where crossing the parking and taking the stairs to go to the park behind. Most of the time there's a security guy next to the parking entrance

I booked this room following a dreadful experience in another hotel where I checked out a day early. I was greeted in reception by Gary who was polite and personable. He seemed to know that I was upset and exhausted and helped me with my bag to the room. He was so kind and the ultimate professional. The room was stunning! Spacious, pristine and very comfortable. The staff were helpful and friendly offering advise on where to eat. They clearly have a high standards at this hotel and really care about their customers. The food is amazing too. Thank you.

great hotel - great people - great location. We did have some troubles with the heating and street noise, but that's solvable.

Beautiful building in a near perfect location, just north of the old city center. There was a rumbling noise in our room 406, but we were immediately offered the junior suite on the top floor of the building, where we could even stay two days for a standard room rate.

The park next door is home to shady people; not much the hotel can do about. Nor does it influence the hotel directly. The (payed, €25 daily) hotel parking is freely accessible from the park, however, and all kinds of peeps used it as a pathway to the main street.

The building is beautiful, especially the Eden room, where they serve breakfast and where the fine dining restaurant is located. The room was very spacious and clean, the bed is firm and comfortable. The second floor restaurant is good and they serve terrific cocktails.

We traveled with our dog and paid the extra fee for him, however there were no dog bowls or dog blanket provided. The room hosted a huge fitness machine which was of no use to us and could have been more elegantly replaced by a sofa ( which obviously was missing).

Breakfast was really good, so much choice and all pastries were freshly made each day as they had their own coffee shop open to the public. We booked a deluxe room but it had a leaking shower snd maintenance couldn’t fix it so we asked to move to another room as it wasn’t suitable, the only room they had available was the Imperial Suite so they upgraded us for our last 2 nights with private rooftop area, sauna and own gym. It was fabulous and made our holiday very special.

Hotel staff were very friendly and available at midnight to provide us with a welcome and check in. The location of the hotel is excellent, just a 5 minute walk to the centre. The room was comfortable and well heated (we stayed in December).

The bathroom had no hand soap and we had no view/proper window as it was a small window by the ceiling. For the price we paid, I would have expected better.
