We stayed there for 5 nights with two children. The place is amazingly clean, neat, and very well-maintained. The chalet is small, so as you enter the place, you immediately feel at home. The rooms are quite large and have a very nice, big kitchen that includes everything for your daily needs, and, importantly, it is family-friendly. They have a laundry room as well, which was freely accessible during our stay. The sauna and relaxation room were very nice and comfortable. The staff is super helpful and nice to communicate with. They provide you with all the help, tips, and advice that you need for traveling in the area. The location is, I would say, strategic, as you are far away from the city center of Bruneck, so you completely feel the mountains. On the other hand, within 10 minutes of driving, you can reach the city center and the highway, which allows you to reach multiple directions to explore several locations such as lakes, mountains, and other activities very easily. Of course, within 1 min walk you can also reach the cable cars for the Kronplatz Mountain.

Amazing aparthotel! Everything was great. Starting with the views, super helpful staff, very beautiful apartments, yummy breakfast and so comfortable parking garage. Everything was top notch.

It's a pity there was no microwave as that is a useful appliance in short stay apartments.

Everything was perfect , location , spacious rooms , i have never seen a staff as amazing as i have seen here they will make you love it over there , the breakfast was small but contained variety of foods and you can ask for eggs if you want , location is next to the cable car site , it is good place for arabs , there is many restaurants near by

The staff are very helpful and friendly… The hotel is very nice and clean and organized We could feel that everything was picked and chosen carefully and with big consideration to the vistor needs

It would be preferable if there was a fan since in the summer some days are not quite cool, thus it would force us to open the window to cool the room which might lead to bugs and insects to enter the room

I have been in K1 Mountain Chalet from 4-10-2023 until 7-10-2013. The place was more than amazing and wonderful. And have best location.The room was modern and clean Also it has big area and that make us confortbul. They have garage with full security access and feel full of safe. Breakfast was delicious and varied. The employees were cheerful and kind and helped us with everything, and I would like to thank ((Margareth , Michaela,Hana ))for their treatment. 🇦🇪♥️🇮🇹

From the moment you enter the property, you feel like you are at your home. The staff is one of the friendliest I ever seen and they take good care of every detail and always passionate to help. Appartment were extremely clean and very elegant. I've tasted the best omelette here in breakfast it was incredible. Definitely worth the stay!!!

Superb staff, lovely views, clean premises, excellent breakfast and super close to the chair lift for easy access to the Messner Mountain museum. The pizzeria across the road was closed so the staff recommended a wonderful restaurant nearby which served typical cuisine. Overall a tremendous experience.

Everything was amazing, the location and the breakfast have a lot of varieties. The hospitality of the reception lady and staff in hotel was wonderful Definitely will recommend this hotel for your stay even the value of money worth it, it will make your vacation incredible.
