We were for 7 days in this place and it was amazing! Great staff, girls are always ready to help and answer all the questions. Very close to the sea, 3 minutes from paid beach club(28-35€) and 5-6 min from free beach area. Breakfasts were tasty, big variety of food, sweet, salt, you can choose whatever you want, tasty Italian coffee, juices, many sweets, fruits, I don’t understand the reviews where people complained about breakfast. Beautiful territory, each evening we sat outside. This hotel is 1 min from bus stop and in 20 min you are in the city center, which is very beautiful. I hope in the future I will return to this place!

I loved everything about this hotel. The breakfast was wholesome and beautifully presented and the coffee was the best. But best of all were the staff. I had most to do with Sophia and Jessica when I was there and they went above and beyond in friendliness, kindness and service. So did the breakfast ladies. I loved sitting in the beautiful garden each morning with my coffee. For the traveller Hôtel Villa Sveva is located in a safe and laid back area 100 metres from beach, 15 mins by regular bus to the bustle of Cagliari and a few bus stops and short walk to the park where you can hire a bicycle to explore the salt marshes and see the pink flamingoes. There is a great supermarket a block away and many pizza style restaurants nearby. My stay at Hotel Villa Sveva was an unexpected delight and treasure in Sardinia.

Huge terrace, comfy beds and pillows, quite big shower. Very clean. Good breakfasts, not only sweets to choose from, but also ham & cheese. Very polite and frieny Staff. Definately recommend!

No private parking space, so if you are coming with the car you will easily find parking spot outside of "beach hours", but in rush hours it may be challenging. Other than that all fine!

The location was fantastic with local buses into Cagliari which is only 20 mins on the bus. The bonus was that you were by the beach and quick to get into the centre if you wanted to. I would also like to say a massive thank you to the staff especially Silvia she was super helpful. Thank you for an enjoyable holiday.

We had a ground floor room and the garden area was not like sitting on a balcony.

Everything was great! The location was awesome, breakfast was good, the room was super clean and spacious for what we needed and the beds and pillows were the best from all the hotels we have visited so far! The staff were all super nice! Thank you for a wonderful stay :)

The warm water in the shower was the only issue. Sometimes it gets super hot and sometimes it goes cold while showering.

The location was very good, very close to the beach . Bus stop nearby. Some of the staff were extremely nice but some could not speak English at all so it was hard to communicate at times. Bed were very comfortable and the place was extremely clean.

Breakfast was quite poor. Very little choice but everything in there was fresh. Coffee was fantastic!

We were absolutely delighted with the hotel. Like other reviews have mentioned the level of service and friendliness of the staff is really above and beyond. I don't really have anything critical to say about the hotel or the level of service they provide. Really, really well done. I'd recommend anyone looking for a quiet beach getaway near Cagliari to consider Hotel Sveva, I wouldn't hesitate to book here again if I'm back in the area.

In terms of what could have gone better, and I want to be clear that these are very minor suggestions because the hotel is great it would be nice if we could rent/borrow umbrellas or beach chairs from the hotel to take to the beach OR if the hotel could help with reserving chairs and umbrellas at one of the nearby beach clubs. This is really a minor thing though.

Great boutique hotel and very close to the beac, which we wanted. We were close to a bus stop and were able to get the bus into Cagliari and only a 15 minute bus ride. The hotel was spotless and staff were very obliging. It was a very peaceful hotel and

One of our rooms was very small and we stayed for a week so it was a bit cramped

The hotel is in a great location, you have the beach 5 minutes away. The bus stop is 2 minutes, almost every bus is going to the town and go every 15-20minutes so its very easy to go to city center. There is a pharmacy and supermarket just around the corner, so we were happy with the location. The room was great, comfortable bed, all working in perfect condition. Staff was nice, they gave us beach towels and umbrella for the beach, that is a good way instead of renting the sunbeds and umbrellas in the beach.

The breakfast was included and was ok, but they could offer more variety. Specially of you stay over a week, having the same for breakfast was kind of boring. Maybe was a misunderstanding, but I read, the hotel had a shared kitchen but actually there is not a cooker just a toaster and little oven, if you want to cook something for late dinner . I consider was a little bit overpriced, even if was in holiday season, I think prices are to high if you compared with other countries and other types of hotel (bigger and with more amenities)

Room cleanliness very good. Hotel in quiet area and very close to suitable beach. Breakfast pleasant in the garden. Convenient by bus to Cagliari.

Parking on a Sunday is a problem. Nearby (within walking distance) restaurants not very good. Beautiful views at the restaurants but food was definitely lacking
