We arrived very late and were put in a ground floor, disabled room. There was a party in a bar over the road so we asked to change rooms. The owner luckily was there and moved us to the 3rd floor. We were very happy. The swimming pool was amazing! Big and actually a very nice temperature. The area was very quiet and peaceful ( we were there before school holidays), but the pool was very big and we loved swimming in there. We booked a lot of treatments with lovely Anna in the Spa. She was fantastic. The choice was very good. The Spa reception area and toilets were lovely but I did not use the Spa itself. The bar man was lovely, great personality, always greeted you and tried his english on you. Sammy, the pool boy, was really smiley and helpful around the pool. (The other one needs to go to Customer service lessons). Eric the younger waiter was also very smiley. The cleaners were lovely and very helpful. Breakfast was varied with lots of choice, and constantly topped up.. The bacon had too much fat on it. Lots of fruit and patries too. Staff were welcoming. We slept well as the curtains were blackout. You are within a 5 min walk into town and marina. There is a small supermarket over the road. Lots of lovely restaurants. We hired a car and drove to some amazing Bays to swim in. All within 15-20 mins.

The bedroom shower was very small and a bit dated. The rooms could do with updating and not everyroom needed a large sofabed. Would prefer a dressing table.

I loved this hotel. Breakfast was great and we had it on the terrace which looked out over the pool and the mountains. Beautiful. Staff were really helpful: the receptionist helped us book buses and the breakfast staff checked that we had eaten enough before they closed the buffet. The pool does not open before breakfast ends and there is no music at the pool bar. So quiet and relaxing. The hotel is in a good location and is very clean with great aircon. Highly recommended.

Tea and coffee facilities in the room would be good. Lunch time sandwiches at pool bar was not good, but the next day the smoked salmon platter was huge!

Great location you are right in the middle of Palau and Porto cervo. Staff are really knowledgeable of the area and able to give great recommendations. Room very clean. Fridge in room was handy to have.

Noisy room. Bar across the road plays loud music till 2-3pm on fridays and saturdays. Unfortunately because my husband is a light sleeper this really disturbed his sleep.

it is a very central hotel with a great pool which has the sun most of the day. It was a pleasant experience for us and our room (207) was very clean. it had a nice balcony with two chairs and a nice view over the pool area and it even had a tiny sea view when the bathroom window was open. The breakfast was good value €10 and it was plentiful. The dinner was a buffet and was good enough and for €30.

There was a faint odour in the receptionist area which I couldn't identify however, it was not in our room or other areas of the hotel that i vold tell. The dinner buffet did not come with water, tea or any drink. I expected a kettle in our room but it doesn't seem to be a thing in any hotel in Sardinia.

Superb location with lots of local restaurants, breakfast was excellent. The pool was quiet and relaxing. A good base for exploring the local beaches and day trips to the smaller islands.

The concierge and the public areas are quite big. The room was always very clean and the stuff was always kind and gentle. The room was big and there was also the balcony as a plus! The concierge stuff was always avaialble and proactive with our requests. The swimming pool is quite big and there is a lot of space for all the clients: there is also an hot tube avaialble! The position is also very strategic: 20 minutes to Porto Cervo, 35 minutes to Porto Rotondo, 25 minutes to Palau and the rest of Costa Smeralda. The Oblia port and airport are just 40 minutes far from the hotel. You are able to reach the entire north-east of Sardinia in less than 1 hour.

The hotel has not a private garage or parking area. It would be a great addition for the clients. They can park without wasting time around in the neighbor.

there is a cafe bar over the road which is open until the early hours. if you are a light sleeper, ask for a room at the back of the hotel.

The nightclub across the road is exceptionally noisy until 2-3am. you won’t get much sleep on Fridays and Saturdays.

The location is perfect, just in front of a very nice bar. beds are comfy and the pool is huge. It was my birthday and I got a little upgrade with a balcony.

the only downside was the timetable of the pool is a bit restrictive, 9 to 5 pm.

Nice and clean room. The man at the reception spoke very good English and did everything to find us a room with a double bed and balcony. Staff very nice ! Nice pool unfortunately didn't use it. Didn t eat at the property.. There's a verrrry good pizza place 2 streets away Pizzeria da Serafino e Giovanni viable Normanfia,1. The owner or manager super nice. Excellent pizza and salad. Also you must go to the cafe Mediterraneo just across the street... excellent pistachios cornetto and cappuccinos💚 the staff is just WOW!!!! Always smiling!!!! We miss the place!

The fact that a room with two single beds was assigned to us (even after a message sent to the property after my reservation specifying that we were a couple a wanted a double bed.) We were also disappointed cause we were expecting balcony with sea view.(instead was a distant partial view) . They should specify it's partial view in the description of the room and if like us a balcony is a must, you should inquire and double check before you reserve your foom. EVENTHOUG WE WERE disapointed and As I mentioned above the man at the reception understood our disappointment and did his best to meet the best he could our needs..he assigned us big room with balcony view of trees,little parc, basketball court and a distant partial sea view... thank you for trying your best sir! We appreciate!
