The gentleman who checked us in was really welcoming. The Grotta Azzura room was very spacious with a beautiful bathroom and direct access to the small pool and terrace which were lovely additions. The location was roughly in the middle between the port and the centre.

However, to get to the location you had to walk uphill at a steep incline from the port. Unless you’re willing to pay 20/30 euros for a taxi or wait 40 minutes for the buses. Appreciate this may not be helpful to the hotel as the hotel cannot amend this but hopefully this is information for those who don’t know Capri and have mobility issues. Other than that I cannot really fault the property itself.

This hotel is super recommended. The location is excellent its in the middle of everything. You can walk to the town or the marina. If you dont want to walk there is a bus stop right around the corner. The rooms are super spacious and super clean. The staff is great. They welcome you and give you recommendations of how to get around in the island. I would highly recommend this hotel. The area is super safe we walked from a restaurant at 12 midnight and felt super safe.

Nothing everything was great.

Excellent location halfway between the port and Capri. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were excellent. There is a pedestrian street just a short walk away letting you go up or down on foot. There is also a bus stop right next to the property. Be aware you need to go up to Capri to find buses to other parts of the island. There is a small pool to help you cool off when the weather gets hot. Capri can be overwhelmingly expensive for tourists so having a good location that doesn’t break the bank helps.

Easy check in and nice sized clean room. The son of the owner checked us in and gave us great recommendations for food and activities. Villa Patrizi also has a nice breakfast for just 10 euro a day. We did not use the pool but loved that they had a small pool. The location of the hotel is great, about halfway between marina grande and capri town, a short walk to both (but be prepared for stairs!). It felt very safe too. We loved that it was not "in the mix" or too loud, but it was close to all the fun. I would definitely recommend visiting Anacapri and Monte Solaro, Via Krupp, and one of the beach clubs if you have the time during your stay! We hope to come back one day and would definitely stay here again.

Big room, nice and comfortable, the breakfast was missing some eggs and other things but in general was good. The location is in half way between the harbor and the center, which means a lot of stairs even if you pick up the funiculare. The staff was amazing and very polite. I liked and recommend but thing about the stairs.

Not too many options for breakfast. Check în was only available between 12-3pm, which put us under stress since we were travelling from Rome and were not sure if we would arrive before 3pm

The situation of the hôtel. In the middle between port and center of Capri, in a quiet place where you can hear birds and smell flowers. Even if the road is near it doesnt really bother as the hôtel is comfortable and cosy. Breakfast is really nice, coffee is tasty and people there are exceptionnally kind and helpful. I ll surely come back in this hôtel

If there s really something to dislike, i would say the road with stairs from port to hôtel walking with a big luggage.... but thats all

It was right between the city center and port (a super short walk to both). The owner was fantastic and gave me great recommendations of where to go and what to see. Although I didn’t spend much time at the Villa it was so nice! The view from the patio was amazing. If I had more time in Capri I would’ve hung out here more. I was able to store my luggage at the villa before I checked in and after. They gave super clear directions on the best way to get from the port to the place so there was no stressing that.

The property was ideal for staying in Capri the location excellent for the Harbour or to get to Grand Marina. Checking in was smooth and friendly with information given about attractions. Lovely outdoor area to relax and a bonus of a pool.

Villa Patrizi was a perfect spot for us. Location is great - easy walk to the port and right next to a bus stop for getting back to the hotel. Jacopo and the rest of the staff were delightful and very helpful in planning our stay. Our room opened out to a terrace with a beautiful view of the water. Very nice breakfast also overlooking the gulf.
