Very friendly staff. Beautiful view! Large, lush property, lots of terraces and seating options. The delicious breakfast buffet was one of a kind. The rooms are cozy and a great fusion of vintage charisma and modern elements. We came in off season and it was very quiet (however I see the place is set up to host many more guests). I would love to come back and absolutely recommend that place.

The pillows could be a little softer (for my taste). There is no elevator (but it didn’t bother us too much, they helped to carry the luggage etc.)

Location was great. Swimming pool was beautiful. Very peaceful. Breakfast was nice. Saw some reviews criticising the staff - nothing but good things to say about all of them.

The noise from other rooms. It happens, of course I understand, but the adjoining doors need to be sound proofed. I could literally hear everything! The beds are firm mattresses. I think some investment in the pillows would be welcome.

Amazing place. Very peaceful and relaxing. The food was incredible, and the service was excellent.

Didn't know that there was a sauna available until the day of check out when I asked about it after seeing it. Was told it needs to be booked in advance which if I'd known about, I would have liked to use it. Also, the pillows were a bit hard. Everything else was amazing.

Non-guests can use the pool! It should be announced in the AD because we expected to find a small hotel and we were surprised by the number of persons around the pool. Guests of the hotel can not use the pool for free the check-out day. If you want to use it, it would be surcharged 20€ per person.

What a spectacular location! Gorgeous hotel & property. No elevators but the bellman brought our luggage so it wasn’t a problem to climb 1 flight to our room. We would definitely go there again. Breakfast was delicious & the restaurant was wonderful also.

Super beautiful views outside: valley and mountains. Everything is very clean and looked after. Very nice room, large comfortable bathroom.

Super well maintained hotel. Lovely location. Staff is super friendly! Very good breakfast and good dinner. Good parking for the hotel guests. Every year the hotel is getting better. We will be back again in the near future.

We loved our stay, friendly staff, always able to help. Excellent food and wine in the restaurant, we enjoyed every meal! Location was beautiful and the pool was fabulous.

There was a wasps nest in our room but the staff kindly swapped the room.

Excellent service, large pool, huge complex with plenty of parking opportunities, pleasant and quiet atmosphere. We have been coming here for over 20 years now and feel very comfortable. It is still our preferred place!

The hotel staff was very kind and helpful. The restaurant of the hotel is excellent, and the crew there is also very nice, and helpful. The location is close to lake Garda, although several minutes ride. Breakfast buffet is wide, and everything it fresh and tasty. It was an excellent palce to stay.

The only thing that needs to be improved, is the staircase leading to the upper floors. It is not even, and not so comfort to walk on. It bothers only during the time you go up and down (a few seconds), but still....
