The hotel is very clean and looks good, with extra friendly and kind staff - from the helpful front office team to the nice ladies at the breakfast room and the lovely cleaning staff. The room was clean and looked nice - I loved my flowery wallpaper. The breakfast was delicious and got good coffee from the bar. Very close to city center and railway station. I was perfect for my short stay.

The room and the bed can be a bit smaller, but I am small too so it wasn't a problem.

Great location in the city center, walking distance to squares, churches and most restaurants. Make sure to book a table in the hotel restaurant Clorophylla, outdoor preferably in the summer - highly recommendable food and professional staff!

The hotel is modern and well-designed for ease and comfort, very close to the station and the old city centre. The room and bathroom were spotlessly clean and everything functioned as it should (broadband, a/c etc.). The breakfast was excellent with lots of choice, and the staff friendly and helpful.

The hotel restaurant, which is recommended in the tourist literature as a stand-alone restauarant, was closed for renovations. We were warned of this in advance.

It is my favorite hotel in Carpi ! I like everything ! it is easy to like it ... because is exactly what I want : friendly and professional stuff , comfortable and very clean rooms , very good breakfast . That's it !

The Location near the historical center. Very quiet. This staff is exceptionally polite and helpful. After dinner in the city, we returned to the hotel for a night cap and the person at the reception combined his duties there and without any fuss also served us our drinks. A simple task but not always that easy in other hotels. Also, there was no parking space in front of the hotel upon arrival and the person at the reception quickly moved a container for plants and voila we had a spot.

Chocolate in the cappuccino. Got fresh ones without immediately.

It is very conveniently located and yet very quiet. The hotel is kept up to date and is quite comfortable.

The restaurant was not available. The gym was available officially only from 9 am. Unofficially from 8, depending on occupation status of adjoining rooms.

The location was excellent.. 10 min walk from the train station. The breakfast was precise.I have type 2 diabetes and the offering was "ottimo", I love the layout of these rooms. even though it was a single, there wasn't the usual feeling of being in a small box.. there was ample room with nothing lacking.

Possible more breakfast offerings for people who have diabetes. there's an abundance of food/things full of sugar.

Breakfast was great, as well as the location, it is practically in the city centre. The staff was super helpful, fluent in English and extremely polite. I would definitely visit again!

The fact that the gym doesn't open until 9am.
