The A Corte Bed and Breakfast is a peaceful and cheerful oasis, a small farm with every comfort, nestled in the village of Casola di Caserta. My room was large and well furnished. The bed was comfortable, meaning it was firm with a little bit of cushion to it. There was a desk and plenty of lighting, along with a sofa. Colorful decor. Bathroom was very cute. Love the tile work. Lorenzo was very helpful showing me around, he’s a friendly host. Orchard and vegetable garden. Kitchen in the courtyard with breakfast offering baked goods, cheese and prosciutto, eggs, a large selection of teas, great coffee. The room had every comfort, and the grounds are delightful and restful. I hope I can return. It’s only a mile or two from Caserta Vecchia, which you must not miss.

Keep an eye on your GPS and take the major roads when offered. My iPhone GPS has been getting confused on the tight winding roads. Not a negative, just a tip.

The apartment is a part of a larger house that contains several apartments, or rather rooms. Perhaps three or four. We saw two other families staying. Our room was located on the ground floor inside a nice courtyard. Everyone had a kitchen a small dining room to use which we did and sat outside in the yard to have a bottle of wine which we received from our host Lorenzo. We were also offered breakfast in the morning and homemade cake. The location is very convenient if you want to visit Caserta and stay close by for the night.

The beds were rather soft but that seems to be a thing in Italy. I personally prefer harder matrasses.

The location was typical of a hill town. New Caserta is at the base of the mountain and is very busy. As you drive up to Vechio Caserta, you wind your way up through hairpin curves until you reach the small town. Google Maps took us right there. The views as you climb are spectacular but very few options to pull over. The property is a quiet secluded end of a small drive. The outdoor patios are beautiful and relaxing. The room was very clean, and the bed was super comfortable with decent lighting in the room. Lorenzo was a terrific host and with the help of Google Translate, we had some good talks about Italy and traveling. He also shuttled us up to the castle and retrieved us a couple of hours later. The Breakfast was a typical Continental Prosuito and cheese, Cornettos, and with good Espresso and homemade cake. We really enjoyed our stay and wish we had another day there. We would stay there again when we return to the area.

No complaints. Lorenzo was a great host and the property is delightful.

Such a cute villa style b&b in the older town of Caserta about 10 15 minutes up the hill. Easy to reach with convenient parking. Very kind owners. Breakfast was good and we were offered to take cake on the road. The lighting and power was strange when you turn off light all outlets stopped working so phones didn’t charge. Wi-Fi isn’t fabulous. Owner brought us to a local restaurant and he arranged for a ride back. Overall nice first night in Italy and very worth it to stop in the original old village so cute!!

The power in room was strange…no bar soap in shower.

The room and the location really exceeded my expectations! I stayed there on the night before my wedding in the picturesque town of Casertavecchia and, despite the hot temperatures of the previous days, the temperature in the room was perfect and I didn't sweat at all during the 3 hours of hairstyling and make up 🥰 The photographer who took the pictures before my wedding was really pleased with the location and I'll upload some pictures once I receive them. I can't recommend it enough!

The manager/owner went out of his way to make sure we enjoyed our stay at the b snd b and in the area. Extremely helpful. Drove us to locally owned restaurants to make sure we knew what we were ordering and got amazing food at great value. Authentic experience. Great recommendations for activities. Highly recommend.

There was nothing we didn’t like. It was a perfect start to our Italian vacation.

Wonderful place. During a long journey that place is like a paradise for relax and some rest. Peaceaful area with beautiful garden. Everything is new and very clean, the owner is very nice and helpful. We really recomand that place. We were with our dogs and that place was just perfect for us nad our dogs. Hope we will come back :)

Everything was amazing. This is a hidden gem just above Caserta but within easy reach of Naples and the surrounding towns. The rooms are comfortable and spacious. The breakfast was amazing served by our host Lorenzo. Fresh eggs from his chickens, lots of homemade cakes for breakfast. Very good!!! Lorenzo is an amazing host. He is full of knowledge about the area, historical places, eating, shopping. Nice place to stay when passing through or to visit the area.

If arriving by car, make sure the directions take you through the city of Caserta to reach the B&B. Some apps take you up a country road which is not passable unless you have a 4x4 and want to risk it. Usually this happens if coming from the south with fastest route selected in your GPS.

Super friendly host, he did everything for us to have a wonderful stay. Safe parking locked at night and they are pet friendly aswell. Very comfortable bed. Not soft. Exceptional breakfast. We will stay there again if in the area.

The shower head is fixed at a certain height. Not possible not to get your hair wet.
