Everything was very clean, the staff nice and helpful. Although it’s directly at a busy road, you can’t hear anything when the windows are closed as they’re very well insulated.

It is a tough way to get to the hotel from the airport if you don’t want to spend money on a taxi or transfers. Also early in the morning there might be some noise from the foyer, the doors could be a bit more insulated. As we were looking at hiring a car, the hotel offered us to call a company which would pick us up and take us to the car rental. It was very handy but the price was very high (they charged us 180€ for 5 days for a very old opel Corsa with empty tank and the air condition wasn’t working). The company was called Goat rent and I would not recommend hiring a car from them. Otherwise the stay was nice.

We arrived at a little stressed...the drivers in Italy are insane !! No sooner were we in the room when we got a knock on the door ... Darius with coffee and croissants. It was a wonderful welcome. This hotel is perfect for a night before a flight stay. It's basic but spotless, and nothing is too much bother. While the hotel is by busy road, it's not noisy and far enough from the airport not to be kept awake by the sound of planes.

No resturant ...I think it would be a great idea for the staff to put menus from local delivery services in the room (in English and italian) no kettle in the room which would be lovely. The hotel needs a little TLC, but it is excellent value for what it is.

I recently stayed at Hotel Europa and overall, I had a pleasant experience, deserving of 4 stars. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the staff, particularly Dario and Filuena, was incredibly helpful throughout my stay. One thing to note is that the hotel is quite far from the city center, so potential guests should be cautious if they prefer a more central location. However, the staff at Hotel Europa is more than willing to assist in arranging a taxi for you at a fixed fare, which eases transportation concerns. Overall, a comfortable and accommodating stay with just a slight distance trade-off.

The distance to Naples centre and the breakfast could be a bit better.

The hotel is located relatively close to Naples airport and is still quiet and very tidy. The hotel looks relatively new and very clean with a staff that works all the time, the room looks excellent and spacious with a luxurious bathroom. There is a large parking lot. A taxi to the center of the old town takes about 20-30 minutes, 25 euros arranged by the hotel which is nice. The reception staff deserves special attention, they are simply charming and very attentive people, helping to solve any problem and request, including a special request we had due to flight constraints. In short, a highly recommended place and a very reasonable price.

The room was modern and clean. Big room with sockets on each side of the bed. The staff were very helpful.

The hotel is outside of Naples next to a motorway, so no sidewalk. The closest bus stop is a 20-25 minute walk away. Would not recommend it if you plan on walking or using public transport. Also the description says the rooms are soundproofed, that is not true, you can definitely hear entire conversations.

I visited Naples 3 times and this time i decided to stay at Hotel Europa. It was very clean and with a modern setting which was better than some of the ones i stayed in the past. Staff was super friendly and ready to help us. It was good value for money. Location isn't the best, but they have a door from the back side which is then walking distance to some shops. Staff is available 24/7 which is nice if you need them.

The location was the only thing that i didn't like. It is located with the highway. I choose this location because my purpose of travel was purely to pick up some documents from DHL which was closer to it and to the airport. So if you are looking for something close to the airport, i highly recommend this hotel. Breakfast was included in the price and package but i didn't manage to take it since flight was early morning and breakfast wasn't available yet. They did offer a coffee though. Maybe a suggestion would be that hotel will provide a small packed breakfast for those with early flights. For sure it would be highly appreciated by travellers.

We needed a room for an overnight stay in Naples between two flights. We had a nice, comfortable, newly refurbished room, close to the airport, very friendly and helpful staff. Great value for money in Naples.

Breakfast is very basic even for a continental breakfast. Hotel description talked about airport shuttle, but all they offered was to book a taxi for us with limited discount (if at all). If you are staying in Naples for longer note that it is pretty far from the city center with no good public transport options.

The hotel is conveniently located near the main street, offering easy access to local attractions. There’s a spacious, free parking area available, which is a huge plus. The staff were polite and attentive, ensuring a pleasant stay.

The room felt outdated, feels a little bit like socialist era, and could benefit from modern renovations to enhance comfort

Friendly helpful professional staff. Amazing value for money. Ordered us a taxi to the airport, arrived promptly and cost less than half ordering through booking.com. I would definitely recommend anyone looking for a hotel close to the airport in Naples to stay here.
