We got two adjoining rooms as we needed three separate beds. The second room was designed with no door on the bathroom facilities. We had a very comfortable night's sleep. The person who greeted us and the ones in the morning were very friendly/positive. The shower was nice. The breakfast was abundant with pie, croissants, sandwich makings, fresh fruit, yogurt, cereal, juice, boiled eggs etc Easy walk to/from the train station.

Perfect location, room layout was exactly what we needed for three adults-king bed for my husband and I with a separate room/bathroom for our guest. Lovely terrace, excellent shower, comfy bed, very good breakfast, everything looked recently renovated. Minutes from the Abbey.

Parking was a little complicated. We did reserve parking as was recommended and it is absolutely necessary as there is not a lot of parking in the area. We were eventually able to find the designated spot so no big deal.

Very clean and very friendly staff who will help alot. The room and facilities were spotless and very roomy. Location is great. View was great. Amazing breakfast. Would stay again

It is Italy so watch out because places close between 1 and 4. No one was there to let us in when we arrived and door was locked. Owner also didn't know that we paid through booking.com and tried to get us to pay there.

Wonderful staff: friendly, welcoming and helpful. Catered for food intolerance. Very spacious room and bathroom. Excellent central location. Large balcony with table and chairs.....great for taking the early morning sun before it became too hot.

Very flat pillows, one per person and only one spare in room, which didn't matter as I was a solo traveller. This was the only downside, but I'd seriously replace the pillows!

Perfect place for an overnight stop while making our way through Italy. Its in a good location, parking is easy, there are good places to eat nearby. Room was fantastic value and breakfast was adequate. Staff friendly and helpful. If you need a place to stay for a stop over that doesn't cost much and is clean safe and friendly this is it. We thought it was too cheap to be any good. We were wrong.

Nothing to dislike.

Very clean, extremely large rooms and fantastic views. Rooms were accommodating for all sizes (we had 3 different types of rooms) and staff were friendly, helpful and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. The hotel was comfortable, safe and completely exceeded our expectations.

We liked everything!

The rooms were really clean and comfortable and it was in a great location to eateries and shopping. Also the staff was so friendly and helpful. It was a great way to kick off our vacation.

The room was a good size and there’s a lift to it. Would have liked a second pillow as there was only one thin pillow. The shower was good too. Breakfast was a typical continental. A proper coffee is available at breakfast. Staff were very pleasant and helpful.

An extra pillow would be good! And proper glassware instead of plastic would be appreciated by everyone.

We got the room that we had requested, with a view of Monte Cassino. The room was nice and spacious.

The shower is a slip hazard, and you have to be very careful. The whole bathroom is tiled, but there are no non-slip mats.

Comfortable bed, large room with valcony view over trees and street. Good basic breakfast and shower pressure. Close to abbey; we were visting to see the area where my father was under bobmbardment in the NZEF Signals Division during WWII.
