The room is big and comfortable. The air conditioning system works flawlessly. The room is cleaned daily. Used towels are changed daily. Bed linen was also changed during the six days of the visit. The refrigerator is replenished daily with refreshing drinks. The garage in the basement of the building is very practical - the car remains cool and does not get dirty due to a short rain. The water in the pool is clean, the beach chairs and umbrellas are neat and functional. Beach towels are in the room. Restaurant food is relatively inexpensive, but tasty. It is quite enough to eat if there is no time to look for a restaurant in the city center. For breakfast, they prepare real espresso and serve it on the table with amenity. The reception is open all the time. The employees are pleasant, competent and helpful. Advises on matters of concern, orders trips, taxis, restaurants. The bill for all services was calculated correctly.

After taking a shower, some water leaked into the living room. Which basically didn't bother me, just a little weird.

It's a good hotel, feels recently renovated, and is very clean. The staff is very helpful, pleasant, and professional. I loved the variety and quality of the breakfast ( but in Sicily I was not expecting anything less, the food here is delicious everywhere 😋 ) I was also impressed by the hotel's inclusivity, with a diverse staff member doing a great job serving breakfast. It created a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

My room was big and clean, the bed very comfortable. I suggest to hire an interior designer to rearrange the furniture a bit and make it more functional. This is not a bad point, the hotel is excellent, but it can be improved even further.

We really enjoyed our stay in this modern hotel. The room was comfortable, adjustable, spacious and equipped with minibar included in the price. The main bed was super cosy and the additional bed for two kids was really good. The air conditioning was superb chilling immediately even on hottest days. Both hotel and the room were spotless at all times. In addition to breakfast, the restaurant serves light dinner / sapper and variety of drinks. The pool isn't big, but comfortable with a small waterfall. It is placed in a way it is in shadow after 3 p.m. in August. It has never been crowded and there was always a plenty of free sun beds available at the pool. The underground car park worked well and even the hotel was full there was always where to park. The location is also good with quick access to main roads. But the biggest asset is professional and friendly hotel staff acting swiftly to help both in everyday and extraordinary situations.

There was limited furniture for clothes in the room so that some had to stay in the suitcases.

I liked every thing. Staff, food, pool, and room. But im gluten free i asked them if they had gf beer. They said no but offered to get some. I jokiingly said peroni if they could. When i got there there they had ice cold peronis in the fridge. Also the gf selection at breakfast was lovely. Room and pool excellent! I recommend this hotel. Ive been a chef for 36 years so ive stayed and worked in a few hotels. This one was very good!❤️🇮🇹

Only thing i wanted that they didnt have was dolce ( sweet) spumante!❤️🇮🇹

The hotel was a great experience, staff very nice and helpful, rooms were ready very early for us, rooms were next to each other, everything was very clean, modern, everything was working great, we found enough choices to have light dinners, even though they didn't have a real restaurant. The underground parking was very good and useful. The minibar was included in the room cost and it was refilled everyday with water and sodas.

The swimming pool was very little compared to the photos you see on Booking.com. It is more like a big jacuzzi. Then the location of the hotel is not very good for reaching downtown easily. The bus that can take you to the center is not very reliable.

The property was clean and organized. The staff was really helpful and all the amenities were top notch. Our stay was very comfortable and having an underground parking space was quite useful

It didn’t feel like a 4 star accommodation but rather 3 star. Two things that can be improved - WiFi (was really bad) and some storage options in the room. The rooms are quite large in size but are missing a wardrobe

We stayed here twice: before and after a week of sailing. Hotel has easy, 20 min access to the AirPort, 10 min by taxi to plazza del d’uomo. It has a pool, is clean, has working AC, very good and varous breafast, staff speaks english! All the above is not obvious in Sycylia, and in Catania center. What else, which is not common at All, you Can have lunch. Free bar in the room, kettle with coffe Spacious rooms with either patio or balcony

Only thing musimy is having a dinner at the restaurant. You Can have snacks which are great for lunch, but you wish to have some pasta Still All restaurants are just 10min drive by taxi, which Can be arranged by hotel stuff

The hotel ia very nice: -the rooms are big and clean -the breakfast is very good -the garden is beautiful -the girls from reception helped us every time we asked

The hotel is a little too far for city center, you need to walk 15 minutes by foot and than take de metro and you need to take taxi for train or buss to another city (to take this into consideration when choosing the hotel) For us was ok because we adapt The pool was not open like they said it will be (this is the only thing that I can say)

The hotel was clean and the staff were plentiful and all very helpful. We’ve stayed all over Italy every year over the past 17 years. The staff were great and the hotel was run well. I noticed this through other guest interactions not just ours. Anybody who travels a lot will know how genuinely refreshing this is. Free mini bar was nice a treat Pool opened 10am-8pm Food served and lunch and the evening simple stuff like pizzas, salads and panini’s, however, nice and fresh plus reasonably priced. Just a bit far from town for a family to walk. Possibly looking at 40 min + walk to centre. Ubers were available around €20 for a single trip

I loved the rooms in the hotel, they were spacious and very comfortable! Also had a lovely balcony looking out to the court yard and pool. In addition to this, staff were really helpful and kind and always seemed very happy to be working and interacting. Also, the location was perfect for us as we rented a car and it only took 15 minutes to get into town and when we did do trips to Etna (35 mins) or Taormina (45 mins) it was pretty easy to get to from the hotel.

I wouldn’t say I didn’t like anything here as the hotel was honestly pretty great but I guess a small criticism would be a bit too much salt in the eggs and that when there are a lot of kids the pool areas is quite crowded as it’s not that big but again we didn’t mind this but just something to bare in mind.
