literally everything, people there were so nice to me and helped me out with the keys and the stuff is super good they always put on a smile and even ppl that rents there are super cool i made a lot off friends by only staying 3 nights definitely worth it!

Just the location honestly i would advice someone that wanna go there to get a car or something i only had an exam and nothing much but u definitely needs something to move around i would love if they applied some taxis number etc

Located off the highway near the university on the western outskirts of Catanzaro, this was a great place to either stop at overnight (what we did) or make home base for exploring the countryside around Catanzaro so long as you have a rental car. The room was clean, bed comfortable, bathroom good and clean with provided soap and shampoo/bodywash, and the simple breakfast good. The Trattoria U Tammaru immediately next door has a gate which communicates with the San Michele property, and serves a great dinner.

The apartment had everything I needed for a very comfortable stay. It was also very clean. I enjoyed ready my book by the pool and cooling off with a dip. There is a nice restaurant 1 minute walk away. The best thing about this place though was the staff! They went out of their way to help me whenever they could. They dropped me off and picked me up each day from the University and also took me to the airport at the end of my stay. I would highly recommend this place.

Swimming pool and very good restaurant just next to these apartments! Possibility for free parking. Breakfast available in the morning.

We did not need anything from the kitchen, but there were barely any kitchen utensils available (glasses, mugs etc), but we could borrow glasses from the restaurant!!

The structure is very well kept:excellent cleaning and general maintenance at top notch to include the pool area. The staff was helpful and polite always with a big smile. Bravi!

Breakfast can be improved by adding fruits.

Quiet location (even though close to highway), with our apartment being upstairs we had a balcony view of the university.

The kitchen was lacking some basic tools & only the very bare minimal crockery & glassware (appears it may have not been replaced from previous clean)

location is awful but the garden is so cute that we don’t even notice it once there. no view from the room but everything else is great so it’s still a great value

Nice spacious apartment with a pool and outdoor area. Located about 7km from the beach. Restaurant next door served lunch and dinner at very affordable prices.
