Very convenient location near MXP for a short overnight stay, right off the highway with no hassle getting in or out. Friendly staff, lightning fast check in and check out, clean and well equipped room, ample parking, good sound isolation - overall, a professionally run hotel that offers great value for the price.

As is common in Italy, the AC was shut off and could not be turned on because October is considered winter, even though it was quite warm. As a result, the room gets a bit stuffy, and opening a window is impractical due to the noise from the nearby highway.

The breakfast was amazing, offering a great variety that catered to all tastes. Additionally, the room was spacious and comfortable; however, it lacked some expected amenities such as slippers, a sewing kit, and a toothbrush... etc.

The property is lovely, very modern, clean and is made from high quality material. Appropriate quality for a high end 4 star hotel. The location is great, close to Legnano, close to the motorway. Lake como , Milan and Malpensa Airport are all within 30 min drive. The small gym has dumbbells going up too 15 kg and a treadmill, bike and cross-trainer. There is an entertainment park, Burger King and other restaurants at walking distance.

Instead of mugs, we’re provided with paper cups sometimes these only last for one use so it’s quite annoying to constantly ask for more cups. Furthermore they do not provide you with a kettle or tea and coffee until you request it. I think due to Italy not being a tea drinking nation there was no milk provided with the teabags. This is not a major problem and I totally respect the local culture, but just stating it so that future guests are aware.

Nice modern hotel, location is good if travelling by car. Room is spacious, bed is comfortable.

There was a problem, probably with booking.com - we have reserved a triple room for 2 adults and 1 child, but at hotel reception they didn't see any information about the child, so they have given us a double room. However, this was solved quite quickly - since they had no triple room available, they have given us another room free of charge. Another thing is that through local messaging, that I need a packed breakfast for early departure, they have told me that I should ask at reception. But since we arrived late, there were nobody available to cook us breakfast, so they have given us some buns, bananas and coffee. Otherwise, everything was great.

Noise from the street (highway)- windows need to be closed. When closed- with airco- OK. No iron in the room. Hotel is bit far from the city- car is needed.

We landed in Malpensa at late evening so we decided to sleep nearby. This hotel was very close by driving and great value for money. The staff were very nice, especially in the breakfast's restaurant (it was a pleasure). The room was clean and comfortable.

Very good hotel. Big room, clean. Very good breakfast both sweet and savory options (which is rare for Italy). We used it as a base to explore Lace Como. Turned out to be a good choice, as it is very close to highway. There is free parking in front of the entrance to the hotel, but also paid parking if someone prefers an underground garage.

The staff was extremely nice and helped us with any questions. The room is very spacious, comfortable and well maintained, the breakfast is also good. There are nice restaurants in the area and overall a very good experience.

The robot is nice as a gimmick but not really helpful and if a person had accompanied us to the room it would have been faster

The room was really big, clean and with everything you might need for a nice stay. The views of the Mountains were beautiful. The staff was nice and friendly. The breakfast was abundant and very tasty. We had a very pleasant stay.

I didn't like that we couldn't turn the light of the bathroom off. We tried everything we could but it was just impossible.
