I recently stayed at this hotel near Ciampino Airport and had a wonderful experience. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the location was perfect, with convenient transportation links making it easy to reach the city center. The highlight of my stay was the fantastic breakfast. The hostess was incredibly attentive and made the best coffee I’ve ever had. I also want to extend my gratitude to the receptionist who ensured we didn’t miss breakfast, even though we arrived very late. This thoughtful gesture made our stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay near Rome.

Everything was great!

Excellent option flaying in and out of Ciampino airport. Very easy to get to and from Rome and excellent value for money compared to budget accommodations in the capital.

First time in their “delux” room so perhaps expected a bit more than the usual standard seen in the attic room, other than bigger size and less constrained bathroom. Clearly no much attention into the decorative elements of the room. Also, no full mirror, only one socket by the bed and no space in the bathroom to leave wash bag.

Very close to Ciampino airport so ideal for an early morning flight - just a 7 minutes drive. Easy access to central Rome via bus or train. Hotel tucked away on a quiet road but unfortunately the room above us had very noisy people talking and moving furniture around so we found it difficult to sleep but this wasn’t the fault of the hotel! Small underground car park which is invaluable if you have a car and the hotel does not charge for it. Bedding, sheets and towels good quality and plenty of soap and shower gel sachets. I would definitely stay again despite it being quite expensive but its proximity to the perimeter of Ciampino airport is the over riding factor for a return stay.

Thin walls between rooms

Excellent welcome from the Reception Manager; excellent room and service with an ample and enjoyable breakfast. Our Airport transfer was arranged promptly and effectively at a very acceptable cost. All in all a very pleasant overnight stay before our flight back to London. Will certainly use the Hotel again when we visit friends in Velletri. Thank you to all the staff at Hotel Villa Giulla!

Maybe an additional pillow would be acceptable and a bottle of water!

The proximity to the airport and the train station. Even if trains not working, you can still reach centre of Rome in 50 mins for 40-50 euros by taxi. Staff were very helpful and always greeted you with a smile. The lady who was looking after the breakfast was so kind and helpful. Located in a nice quite neighborhood.

The bathroom shower cubicle could have been cleaned a little more around the edges where there were stains.

I only needed a place to sleep before my flight early next morning and that's exactly what I got. Room was a singly one, and it had everything I needed. The bed was comfy and the shower was good. Everything was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. There are places to eat closely. I had to take a taxi to the airport because my flight left really early, but if you leave at a normal time, there is a shuttle from the train station you can take. I recommend.

It was located a short walk from restaurant / bar / cafe and had a large air conditioned room for us which was ideal in the heat of a Rome suburb. Next to Ciampino Airport it is handy for the main orbital motorway for the city and therefore accessible for whatever you want to do or visit. The staff were friendly and spoke english Being in the heart of town car parking is at a premium but we were able to park our car each night with the help of the staff.

Its a cramped town centre with tight one way streets and cars parked everywhere - typically Italian ! So getting around required concentration and probably difficult for anyone not used to driving in major European cities, However, the property itself I could not fault.

Organized, praticle, clean and close to the airport. The best place to be if you have an early flight to the airport or you are arriving late to Rome CIA and you need to sleep before heading to the city. The bus station going to the airport is close and there is a cafe right away called Nino where you can grab an early Italian Breakfast before heading to the airport. I needed a place to sleep before my flight and this hotel was right for me.

Hotel Giulia delivers exactly what you would expect when you book it to fly out of Ciampino Airport. It's a nice hotel, clean and quiet. The staff at the reception was very polite and helpful. The lady in the breakfast room was also very nice and helpful, serving us a couple of tasty coffees. The rooms were decent in size, we had the clastic room, which could benefit from an updates. Kind of reminds me of a hotel by the sea side from years ago. I saw they also have modernized rooms which I believe are a little more up do date in regard furniture and amenities.... You are very close to the city center of Ciampino, where you will find everything you want and need during your stay. All in all, a good hotel to overnight while waiting on your transfer.

Aside from the furniture update in the room where we stayed, no complaints.

I booked the room at a very last moment not expecting the airport to be closed at night, but the hotel accepted my booking, very helpful man on the reception waited for me and moreover found a taxi for me for 4:30 in the morning!! The room was small, but very comfortable, I had a short but super nice sleep there

It’s a bit expensive for such small room, but that’s common, not the problem of this particular hotel
