Many stairs at the entrance , difficult for ederler and people with heavy luggage But in spite of the negative sides we would stay there again if we went to Bergamo

The hotel's proximity to the bus and city center were positive aspects, but the check-in process was quite difficult. On the positive side, the room was clean, modern, and comfortable. The coffee machine and complimentary water in the room were a nice touch and made up for it a bit.

the check-in process was quite difficult. After making the payment through booking.com, you check in via the link they send in a message. After doing this, you have to wait until the check-in time, which is 3:00 PM. I waited a long time for the PIN code that would allow me to enter, but since it wasn’t specified anywhere, I ended up calling customer service. They informed me that I also had to pay the €5 city tax, and only after that would they send the PIN. I finally received the code at 4:30 PM. The whole check-in part was very stressful. The customer service representative was helpful, though. Additionally, you have to carry your luggage up four floors by hand.

The accommodation is located right in the city center. The room was cleaned every day, and fresh towels were provided. There was a capsule coffee machine in the room, with a new coffee capsule and tea provided daily. A bottle of mineral water was also complimentary every day after the cleaning.

The air conditioning was on at 21 degrees all day and night, which is really low for the end of November, making it cold in the evening and at night. Other than that, I have no complaints.

We stayed at that hotel for a night due to an early flight from Milan-Bergamo airport next morning. The hotel is comfy located: a 10-minute walk from the railway and a 20-something-minute stroll from the old town. The property provides a self check-in option and an e-lock. It is as easy as ABC, moreover we got an experience dealing with that option to check-in. You are to receive a link in advance, you have to follow that link to fill in your data, ID scans, etc. Afterwards you are to receive a PIN-code, which enables you to get in the property. Also an app is to be downloaded beforehand to handle that e-lock. Everything is done electronically, so one doesn’t need to contact a member of the staff. As the check-in and check-out times are quite strict and are managed electronically it is impossible to get in even a minute earlier than the time specified by the rules but that is okay and one is to plan the day ahead. The room is quite fresh, of stylish design. The bed is large and spacious. The room provides all the facilities required: Nespresso coffee/tea maker + some gift capsules of tea and coffee + some disposable cups, San Pellegrino water courtesy of the property, also a safebox, TV, air conditioning, minifridge. The bathroom is also well-equipped: a hair-drier, soft towels, toiletries (soap, wash gel, body lotion, shampoo). Do recommend to use the hotel during the stay in Bergamo.

There were some bits of trash and hairs on the floor after we got in the room. Yet it is a minor flaw and we referred to the fact that the hotel is quite busy with narrow spots to be cleaned up properly.

The hotel impressed me with its attention to guests. They showed attention and care to my wishes. They did everything to ensure that my impressions of their service were at a high level! Nice! I recommend this hotel to you. If I find myself in Begramo again, I will definitely choose it to feel like a VIP guest again. Thanks to the hotel team!

Property was in a perfect location - super close to everything in Bergamo. It was quiet despite being right in the centre of town/on a main road. Felt safe and secure once inside, and the rooms were really big and comfortable.

The contactless check in and key pad access to the property was not ideal. The keypad didn’t work when I first arrived (they needed to reset the code to let me in). Had I arrived outside of the hours that the WhatsApp number is contactable, I don’t know what I would have done. It also then made me a bit nervous to come/go from the property at times that may have been difficult to contact someone, although luckily it worked every time after that.

I sent a message via booking and an email which were not answered about the temperature in my room. I called twice, then at 20:50, after waiting for one hour and a half to be called back, I called again and I was told that the temperature could not be increased and that it wasn't possible to have an extra blanket.

Very clean ,modern decor , in the main shopping street but very quiet still , comfortable beds, this is the second time I’ve stayed there very convenient.

I don’t really like the electronic check and being given a code to get into places it’s much nicer when there is a actual person there to help , anyone older who is not tech savvy May struggle with the check in on line and the codes for entrance .

this is a very cool hotel right in the center of Bergamo! the feeling that you have your own bright spacious apartment in the city center, where you have everything you need. we had a great time there. Nearby there is everything you need.

There was absolutely no hot water during our stay. Both days the water was absolutely icy, the neighbors had the same thing. I called support, they told me that they would deal with this problem, but we were already leaving the hotel, so this did not help us at all. Later it turned out that there was no hot water in the whole building, but no one warned us about this and for 2 days we had to live without a shower or just try to wash ourselves very quickly with ice water.

Easy communication with the reservation slot. Very kind people that guaranteed the requested points about check-in hours and room management using double bookings. Perfect location in the middle of the city, closer to good restaurants and bars. Good balcony on the room adressed to me. Clean and with good illumination.

Breakfast non-existent and no possibility to have twin beds. We were a big group that were forced to have double beds on the reservation. Too many requests for online check-in even considering 1 person making 5 bookings.
