The biggest advantage is the owner :) An extremely nice and helpful person, she takes care of everything and advises on local attractions. Great breakfasts and coffee :)

There were no downsides during our stay.

Federica, the hostess, was very nice' she even helped us with the laudry cause we travelled for more than a week. All the concept of the house is just marvelous' like a fairy tale) the breakfast was above expectations. the loacation is 2 minutes walk from the lake, a lot of restaurants around, near the port where you can travel to Sermione by boat for only 6 euro each direction. In the opposite side from the port there is a great beach with compy beds and perfect lake water. In the last minute we asked for an extra night and Federica upgraded our room for no extra charge. Federica's garden is an attraction itself! We loved everything and greatly recommend La maison delle favole.

We were impressed by this B&B. You feel like you're in a story and it's like going in time. The room and terrace were tastefully decorated, every corner had something interesting. Breakfast was included in the price, it's a very pleasant atmosphere in the restaurant, good music, and the owner herself serves you coffee. It is conveniently located, very close to the lake and restaurants/shops. I highly recommend it if you are looking for unique experiences! ☺️

wow! what can we say, the property was gorgeous with it’s own very unique quirky style. We were met by the hostess Frederica, who I must say wore the most stunning dresses! Frederica really makes this place something out of the ordinary, she can’t do enough for you, nothing is to much bother and so incredibly helpful with the local area. The property is ideally situated to visit the entire lake areas, Sermione a must and it’s beautiful Jamaican Beach. Verona is an easy commute to! The breakfast was amazing and so much choice, we had gorgeous weather so could sit outside under the canopy which was perfect! If you are thinking of visiting this beautiful area you really must stay at La Maison Delle Favole, you will not be disappointed!

Everything was great. The pictures in the booking fully corresponded to the room we rented. The breakfast was varied and delicious. Federica had tried everything and gave valuable guidance about restaurants and places to visit. Thank you.

An excetional interior decoration with great attention to detail. We enjoyed our stay, a very frienly landlady and a breakfast accompanied by Italian opera tunes. Very close to the town centre, waterfront and tourist boat pier.

All was fine for us on holiday. Travelling on business, I might be slightly overwhelmed by the interior.

AMAZING breakfast! Beautiful fanciful rooms and perfect location close to lake Garda! It took a while to figure out that the air-conditioning turns off each time we open the front door, but we just needed to shut the door and press the button on again. The hostess did everything herself, and was very nice and accommodating!

Beautifull Villa with charming service and owner. Breakfast with good selection of ham, cheese and sweet pastries. Location excellent. Warm shower even during rainy days and nice terrace outside which we were not able to use (weather) unfortunately. Our friends in other country liked this as well based on pics and want to visit :) - grazie ❤️

Well situated, good sized room and bathroom. It was a very pleasant place to stay. With a great spread fort breakfast. Federica the host was brilliant very helpful & friendly.
