We were hiking on the Via Francigena and we specifically chose Hotel Beau Sejour for its proximity to the trail - it's literally just outside the entrance! That said, it's a great place to stay, regardless. Our room was large and comfortable, and had a private balcony for us. And after having spent the previous week in Switzerland, the price for the room was a steal! The restaurant was excellent. We had dinner and were delighted with the selection and quality. Even better was the breakfast - It had everything (and more) that we needed to fuel up with for that day's hike. We could not have been happier with our choice to stay there.

Spacious room. Comfy beds. Spotlessly clean. Friendly staff on reception. Parking outside. Wonderful location not far from the San Bernadino pass. Beautiful alpine village.

Booked a room with a terrace which we didn't have. Lighting in room was not good. Wasnt too hot when we were there but no air con or fan in the room which I imagine would make some nights uncomfortable. Breakfast was not restocked very well. These are minor things as overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back.

Good stopover location en route to Switzerland, located in the village just below the Italian entrance to the Grand Saint Bernard tunnel. Comfortable rooms with traditional decor, good value for money and a nice in house restaurant. Staff very helpful and hospitable.

Overall everything was good. The heating is on a timer and we found the room a little cold on arrival. However we asked the manager about this and he said he would turn it up. The room heating was then very comfortable.

The location was beautiful! The restaurant was a little too formal for our children to enjoy. I would skip the reservation if you have kids who have traveled all day.

We loved this hotel. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. We had a balcony which had a fabulous view of the Alps. The bathroom was very clean and the shower was excellent. The staff were very welcoming especially Elio who was on reception and in the restaurant. Every one was very friendly and helpful. Will definately go back. Recommend a visit to everyone.

What a cracking little hotel! Nicely located at the base of the Great St Bernard Pass. Room and bathroom were maybe a little small but had a balcony. Restaurant and bar with outside terrace. Total bargain price for what we got.

small breakfast in the bar (a good cappuccino and croissant, what more do you need), helpful staff and very comfy duvets. perfect location for short stay in transit from Italy to Switzerland through the Gd St. Bernard tunnel.

Nice location and it was good that hotel had own restaurant as out of season, several restaurants were closed and few open ones were full.

Service at reception was slow, but nice. Breakfast room was unfunctional, and packed full of people.

Charming hotel, conveniently located on the road about 10min before the Grand Saint Bernard pass. We arrived at 10pm, the restaurant and reception was still open. Very good value for the price

The lokation was a little overwhelming with a crowd of decorating items, but of course it's a matter of taste. If you are vegetarian on a diet without milk products and gluten then the breakfast was poor. It definitely could improve!!

Gluten-free bread of good quality instead of sweet biscuits. Some eggs would have helped a lot.
