The breakfast was nice. Room size was good. We had a big terrace.

The lady at the reception tried to give us a room without a terrace even though we had booked one. Only after a remark did he give me the reserved room. There was very dim lighting in the bathroom. There was a table and 2 chairs on the large terrace, but they could have thought to leave an ashtray for example. Not as close to the airport as described on the hotel website. I actually booked the hotel because of its proximity to the airport and airport shuttle. However, the place we were supposed to pick it up from was not clearly advertised and we couldn't use it. We took a taxi from the airport which is a flat rate of 30 euros.

The location was the area around the airport, as expected it was tricky to get to but having an updated GPS made that fine. Parking the car before you check in was the trickiest. But afterwards we got into the gate for parking, this parking area did not hold a lot of cars though. But it was really nice if you got one. The rooms were super nice, beds were very comfortable, and breakfast was much much better than ever expected. Delicious fresh croissants from nearby bakery. Fruit, yogurt...and of course, those delicious Italian cappuccinos, thanks to the great girl that ran the breakfast room!)

The door didn't seem to close well, and we weren't accustomed to the keycard needing to be put right away into the wall slot inside the door...otherwise the room lights go out. But figured it out quickly. And it is the smallest shower we've ever been in, but it served the purpose:)

We stayed for one night. The room was great. The bed was comfortable. We had a really early flight and the front desk arranged a taxi for us to leave at 4:00 am. The taxi cost money, but I am so grateful that the hotel arranged the taxi. We didn't have breakfast because we left so early. The night before we left, we walked down to the beach. It is a nice area. There is a grocery store that is a half-a-block from the hotel.

I would have appreciated being informed up front that the 4:00 AM taxi would cost additional money. I assumed that it would, but the person at the front desk could have been up front and let us know. We would have still paid for it.

The location is very convenient and close to the airport. It is a quiet area and there is a supermarket next door. We did not find restaurants around the area but we ordered our food. We were able to park the car which was a great advantage. The staff was friendly and welcoming.

The bed was broken and light bulbs were not working in the bathroom, but it was not a big deal for one one-night stay. We decided not to complain as we were leaving the next day.

amazing location, you can take a free but to the airport (bus stop is like 4 minutes walking distance from the hotel). Amazing European style breakfast with nice coffee (not like freshly brewed one! they prepare a cappuccino/latte/Americano with a fancy coffee machine for every customer)

no kettle in the room so if you want a cup of coffee or just a cup of hot water you need to ask it at the reception area. they advertise a shuttle bus but it turns out not free of charge (bus driver told us the price is 7 euro per person and we need to pay at the reception and hotel personnel told us that prise is 10 euro per person when THERE IS A FREE BIG REGULAR BUS to and from the airport in very close proximity to the hotel!)

Fiumicino is a beautiful city with many delicious restaurants including Sfizi del Mare, only a four minute walk from the hotel. There are many other restaurants and enjoyable sites to see as you walk along the beaches of the Mediterranean Sea and the Tiber River.

We stay there for a few days every time we visit Italy. Nothing not to like for us. We grew up in the Philadelphia so it's just like it used to be when we were growing up.

The room was very clean. There was a spacious terrace on the balcony but you couldn’t see a view because it was surrounded with a tarp for balconies. Perhaps because the view was backyards of other housings. It made it intimate. We asked for a wake up call for 3:00 am so, didn’t have time for breakfast. It is actually a Comfort Inn Not a Hotel, so maybe, that made it a bit pricey.

Expecting it to be a hotel and when I saw it was a Comfort Inn, I was expecting more but still very satisfied with my very short stay. super clean, welcoming, very helpful for finding a taxi for 3:00 am and nice.

The staff were very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The breakfast was exceptional...the best I've ever experienced at a hotel, and right up there with any restaurant. The location was perfect...close to the airport, and a very nice restaurant right around the corner.

Perhaps I didn't read the fine print, but I hadn't expected to pay for the shuttle service from and to the airport (but the drivers were good).

A true comfy overnight stay near Rome Airport It was an unplanned booking after sudden change of our travel plan. We are pleased to have chosen this hotel. It is very close to the airport by car in a local residential area. There are many restaurants within walking distance, A big supermarket is almost next door. Walking along the river near by in the morning and evening is quite enjoyable. The hotel has an elegant clsssical style decoration. The room is quite big with all the facilities needed. The staff members are very friendly and helpful, especially Robert (my spelling might not be accurate) at the front desk who helped us before check-in, provided us with useful local information and booked a taxi for our departure. We were even allowed to stay in the hotel waiting room after our checkout until late afternoon to accommodate our departure time. This is a truly lovely hotel to stay in before your departure from Rome.

The shower screen door can be improved.

Staff were friendly and helpful. The shuttles were both good to and from hotel.

Directions for the pick up point at the airport could be a bit better clarified. Explain the road having a medium where you get the shuttle in the pre painted positions for hotel shuttles. Pickup was at spot 3 or 5 depending who you spoke to from other shuttle services.
