The property was close to FCO which was why we booked there as well as the great reviews. The hotel booked a taxi for us to get to the airport the next morning but it was expensive, not as advertised on the website.

There is not a great way to get from Rome to this place except to take the train from Rome to the airport and then a taxi to this place. The taxi was extremely expensive. We would have been better off staying in Rome and taking the train directly to the airport on the day of our flight. The breakfast was not great - they had croissants on the other tables but not on ours (purple room), the large water bottle was empty, the water jug was empty and no instructions on the coffee machine which was very old. No staff onsite when we were leaving.

Very clean and efficient with thoughtful amenities! We had a nice balcony off our room, where we could sit outside. The breakfast room allowed guests to make coffee or tea, or access water, milk or juice at all hours, along with an assortment of fresh pastries and yogurt. Also, Leandro thoughtfully provides freshly baked croissants in the morning that are very delicious! And the airport shuttle is a lifesaver!

Proximity to FCO is quite convenient, yet bring earplugs as planes continually fly overhead. Stiff mattress, yet manageable for 1 night. The amenities are truly fantastic, however, along with the convenience of airport shuttle.

The room was beautifully presented, very clean, quiet and comfortable. It was a restful stay the night before a flight from Rome Airport. Some shops and a nice variety restaurants are in walking distance and it was a short drive to the airport. The self checkin was easy and clear, and the staff were really friendly, kind and helpful.

The only downside was that there was no wifi in my room, the Deluxe Double. Apparently they changed providers recently (to super fast fibre optic freely available in the Reception) and this disrupted the wifi reach to some rooms. Maybe not a big deal for some but was a real downer for me as I had especially booked a place offering wifi. I hope they manage to fix it soon because other than this and it being a bit pricey it was perfect.

Location was not awesome. We were there on a Sunday and nothing was open except one restaurant and they were not nice nor accommodating. I know their customs are different , and hubby and I are super cool with it, but they made us uncomfortable to the point we would have left if we weren’t starving with no other options. I’m only mentioning this for others to be aware😊

Close to airport. Leandro communicated with me prior to arrival. Room was clean. Single (pink room) room was quite small but I was by myself so no big deal. Neighborhood appears safe.

Though it’s close to FCO, getting there was challenging and expensive. I arrived in the late afternoon during traffic hour so local taxi was going to charge 40€ for one way. The hotel has an agreement with a private service for 25€ each way. Though cheaper, it’s still quite pricey for the relatively short distance. I had to call the private service main line. The woman was very friendly but informed me that the driver will call me next. The next call did come thru. Given all the noise and language barrier, I had slight trouble meeting up with the driver. I suggest that the car service write down passenger(s)’s last name on piece of paper to facilitate the pickup process.

Owners and staff are amazing and tend to your every need and then some. The room was very clean. Very organized. great croissant in the morning. Would stay again.

The bed in the gray room has a bad Creek on the left side. Every time I moved or got up it creaked like crazy. I'm sure if the owner is made aware they will take care of it. The pocket door into the bathroom keeps opening by itself and light comes in at night from outside lights. You can only lock from inside. Paint is peeling above shower tiles. Appears Ikea stuff. Lots of bird noise in am if you like to sleep in.

The room was cosy, clean, harmonious. There was a lovely balcony to sit on and there was a great breakfast. The staff was very helpful and willing to help provide shuttle service to the airport or to Rome on booking and there was a list of things to see and places to eat both nearby and in Rome.

There was nothing we didn't like. It was a great place, with very open and available staff and we could arrive at any time being close to the airport and could do the check in online and afterwards were guided in his to let ourselves in.

We chose this property as it is close to the Rome Fiumicino airport and because the host said he would shuttle us to the airport very early in the morning. Leandro was very helpful and courteous, before, during and after our stay. He provided information about the property prior to our arrival, confirmed our details, showed us around the property personally upon our arrival, gave us walking and dining suggestions and took us to the airport exactly as planned. The room was very clean and nicely decorated. The bathroom was particularly nice. He even was gracious when we inadvertently made more work for him at the end of our stay. What was intended as a stay to enable our trip home turned into a memory in its own right. Thank you!

The property is a small B&B and when we first arrived we were not sure we were in the right place. As soon as we stepped inside, it was clear that we were just where we needed to be to enjoy our last night in Italy.

I have traveled all over Europe and never have I stayed at a place more efficient and comfortable than this place. From the moment you book, you are greeted with very detailed instructions on how to enter the property. Upon arriving, I was received by an extremely polite gentleman who assisted my (after hours) check in with stunning precision. He went out of his way to help me prepare for my flight the next morning. The room is super clean and comfortable and the shower temperature was perfect. The owners/staff really seem to care about your stay/experience. If I’m ever on a layover in FCO, I’ll be sure to return.

There wasn’t a single thing I disliked about the property that

Leandro, the owner/host is beyond amazing. He kept in communication with us as we were coming from Salerno, and the trains were a bit behind. We'd estimated 7:00 and it was close to 10 by the time we taxied from Roma Termine. Leandro was there to meet us and ensure there was nothing we needed. The room was appointed magnificently, with extra touches that went beyond the basics (tarts in the kitchen, a cane, and 2 nice umbrellas in the closet, etc.). Leandro brought the cornettos ordered the previous night, and as someone who exists on cornetti con marmalade during every Italy visit, I can say these were the best I'd ever tasted. My wife, no cornetto amateur herself, said the same. Leandro arranged for our ride back to Rome (Uber or Lyft, I assumed for 25 Euro) and we were very pleasantly surprised that Leandro was the ride. He's an incredibly gracious, welcoming, and generous host and though this is a ten-point rating system, I'm going Spinal Tap and giving him an 11.
