The room had everything we needed and had good heating, the bed was comfortable and a good size. The location was convenient to get to the touristy areas, but a little far from the tram to the airport, so you need to plan to use a bus or walk as well. The room description was very accurate.
The stairs of the room are steep. We tried contacting the staff but would not get an answer or we would have to send several follow ups. We paid a tourist tax when we arrived and they asked us for the payment twice, but we had the receipt so didn’t have to pay twice. We couldn’t lock the private bathroom door from the inside, and one night, there were people banging on the front door of L&L very late at night, which woke us up.

The accommodation is great, located close to the center and nicely decorated. Room was spacious, clean, very warm in the winter. Bathroom was extremely small but workable, and it seemed to only be shared by two rooms, so felt quite comfortable and private. There is no kitchen to cook, but the reception was fully equipped with kitchenware, microvawe, tea and coffee, even books and boardgames to borrow and a free cake. Would definitely stay again!
The bathroom is in fact located poorly in the reception, however, the reception is empty for most of the day so it wasn’t really an issue.

Very quiet and private. It was a great location, very close to all activities in Florence plus there were plenty of places to eat close by.
If was a bit noisy from the restaurants right outside when the window was open. But this wasn't a problem for us because you can't hear them when we kept the window closed 😀. There is one restaurant outside (Osteria Antica Mescita San Niccolò) that was included as one of the suggested places to have dinner. However the staff there are very rude and unwelcoming to tourists. We feel that restaurant shouldn't be on the suggested list to eat.

Really cute spot close to the heart of Florence. The place had a great balcony and there was a loft space for the bed. Really good use of space. Kitchenette is a dual hot plate, small fridge, cups, and utensils. Not somewhere easy to cook, but a good place to have drinks and appetizers if you don’t want to get drinks out. Happy there was parking even if an extra cost, it was well worth it for the ease. The Lorenzo’s were responsive and very helpful during our stay.
Private bathroom is detached and bathroom key hard to use. Other guests would use the restroom unless we locked the bathroom consistently. Not terrible, just an FYI.

I liked the venue and the vibes. Before the time of our arrival, Lorenzo informed us about the entrance to our room. She was very kind and when we arrived in the building, it was pretty easy to get in. I loved the vibes at first sight! However it would be more fun if you stay here with your significant other rather than your sibling ahahahah. We felt like a local because the hotel is close to the river and everything you need is a 10 minute walk away, besides it’s calm and not noisy.
The room and Bathroom were fine and clean but I wished that they have provided us with slippers for us to use throughout our stay. Other than that, everything was alright.

The room is spacious and you have everything you need. It is walking distance from the main attraction of Florence, really close to Piazza Michelangelo if you would like to see the beautiful panorama of the city.
The shared bathroom is door to door with the reception and it's not comfortable at all if you need to use the facilities and you know that the people being in the reception can hear everything as you can hear them.

Amazing location! Just on the other outskirts of downtown Florence. Quick walk to get to all the sites. Fun little area on its own with a great mini nightlife literally outside your door. Perfect place for a stay!!!
Staircase up to the loft is very steep. Added bonus having parking available (cheaper than most city lots I found), but may be difficult to get to/from for those with mobility issues. It is up a steep hill and down long road (10-15min).

The property is in an amazing location. I highly recommend taking Lorenzo and Lorenzo up on their recommendations for restaurants, bakeries and bars in the area. they were all amazing. the property was decorated so beautifully and embraced the original features of the building.

The hotel is quite close to Piazzale Michelangelo. The room was clean and simple-designed. We checked in using a self-check-in method, and thanks to the detailed explanations from the hotel owners, we had no trouble with the process. Despite having a shared bathroom, it was genuinely very clean.
Our major issue was the noise from the cafes across the street, which persisted until 2 am.

The location was great as the place is on a walking distance from the center and major historical places. The place is situated on a small noisy square but the insulation of the windows was very good, so once closed, it is completely quiet in the room. The bed was also very comfortable. The hosts were very friendly and provided us with coffee and cake for breakfast.
The Wi-Fi connection was dropping sometimes. The bathroom was a bit small.
