The hotel was very comfortable and the staff very friendly. Good location. The room had a good size and all the amenities we needed. Including illy coffee. The breakfast buffet was very good. Both cold and hot items.

In the morning I saw what looked like a large flee or tick on our bed. I say flee or tick because when my husband went to flip it off the bed to kill it, he accidentally squeezed it and blood splatter the bed sheet. I took off the covers to see if there were more, but I saw no more. If I would have seen it the night before, I would have asked for my room to be changed.

I’m giving this hotel a full 10 out of 10! It’s super clean, and just an eight minute drive from the center, which is really convenient. Everyone was nice, but the tall gentleman working the night shift was truly exceptional. He didn’t just do his job,he went above and beyond. He was super nice, patiently making several calls to find us a restaurant when everything seemed booked, and even lent me his charger for two days. His kindness made our stay special. I definitely want to come back because of how well they treated us and the great location of the hotel.

I liked the rooms, they were clean and the beds super comfortable. The staff were so nice, and extremely helpful.

The location wasn’t amazing. It was ok for getting in and out of Florence but the actual area was a bit dodgy. The rooms were soooooo hot! 27 degrees! Now I know we weren’t in summer (October) but it was still 18-20 outside and they turned the AC off in the hotel. Everyday the maid opened our bedroom window and we shut it as we had mosquitos come in (I have loads of bites on my body from them) the last night we complained and they turned our AC on for just our room, which was super nice and I get it we should’ve asked before the last night but how people could sleep in the rooms at that temp is beyond me.

Comfortable clean room, big bed, they were changing the towels and sheets every day. The location was quite good, 30 min from the city centre by tram but there was very easy access to the transportation so we could go there at any time. Very close to the airport as well. There are a few nice places to have breakfast and dinner nearby the hotel. Very pleased overall!!! Would probably chose to stay there again.

One of the days the tissue paper and loo paper were finished and they were never replaced by the person who cleaned the room, but we had to go and ask for more. We had the same issue with the hand wash. Also the air conditioner was very loud.

The hotel is close to the airport. We stayed for 1 night. They arranged for an early morning taxi for us since our flight left at 0615. The front desk is staffed 24/7. Staff we encountered spoke English well. The hotel was clean and modern, and had a small boutique feel. Bathroom uses Acqua Dell’Elba products. There is a small bar off to the side of the front desk for coffee and cocktails. We walked to a restaurant for lunch, Osteria dells Bistecca, which was excellent. There is a grocery store and a gelateria nearby.

Located on a busy street, but we were not bothered by noise. Also, there are 3 steps to get into hotel and no help with bags.

Location - tram line is 5 mins walk from hotel and trams come every 5-7 mins to take you to unita city centre. This same tram also takes you to the airport so very handy and cheaper than taxis! Parking - On site parking for free so if you have a car it’s alot better than parking in the city centre which can be difficult and expensive and also remember Firenze has ZTL Zone fees and penalties. Room - very clean and spacious and comfortable. Staff - above and beyond helpful - This is why I have given 10/10! We had a family emergency during our stay back home and they were so compassionate and understanding we are forever grateful for their kindness.

I was pleasantly surprised by quality of the bed - firm mattress, just as I like. Two pillows - soft and firm, and a thin blanket, not too warm, just right for the weather! The hotel was rather quiet too. Breakfast was ok, however selection of sweets considerably exceeded expectations!

Room was a bit dated with traces of wear here and there however not to the level of discomfort. Air-conditioning was so-so, ok for early May, might be insufficient in summer, so check other reviews. The neighborhood on the way to the tram station is definitely not the nicest part of the city, though I must say it was safe even late at night. Many more shady persons hanging around the central train station.

Staff nice and helpful. Desk seemed to be staffed 24 hours. Cold bottle of water on arrival. Stayed 2 separate days. First time the room was very small but it was configured so it worked and we did not feel too cramped. Second visit the room was a good size. Clean. Good lighting. Quiet. Second visit had a bathtub. I liked that. But the shower was good too. Had the feeling that the rooms were recently renovated or well maintained. Though quiet, it is convenient to the airport. We chose this place because it was close to airport, good ratings and reasonable price.

We liked the location due to our schedule, but it is not close to the main part of Florence. It is on a busy street, but the rooms and the hotel are very quiet. If you need a bigger room or a bathtub, ask. They have breakfast but we didn't try it.

We had a couple of issues with our room ( TV did not work and safe was also broken ). The staff gave these issues the utmost attention and had them fixed immediately. Add to that they gave us a free bottle of red and some nibbles to apologise for the inconvenience speaks volumes of good old fashioned customer service. They had parking also along with really helpful reception staff.

Being quite isolated there are not many dining options around so maybe the introduction of some room service items or liaise with local restaurants to provide a delivery service.

First of all the stuff was more than excellent especially one guy, always there to help us and to give us advice for our Italy tour. The room was amazing and every day we had new fresh clean towels, slippers and a clean room. There was parking and if it was full they had second option for you. Overall I suggest this hotel 100%!

We had our car so we wanted a hotel not in the city center but with easy access to the highway but The location was a little bit bad at night because until 2 there was a cantina opposite the hotel and there were many people who drunk beer but it’s ok because people from the hotel made us feel safety.
