It’s my favorite hotel in Florence, the experience was outstanding and the service exceeded our expectations.

Everything was perfect but unfortunately every time we had breakfast we gave them our room number and they didn’t tell us that breakfast was not included, and they made me pay 110 euro per couple every day for breakfast which is not worth it as we only had coffee! All hotels usually when they ask for your room number they respond if it’s included, if not they’ll tell you we will charge you!

Beautiful property in the heart of florence, facilities exceptional with authentic frescos and amazing food and shopping experiences. The staff of course is always the heart of a hotel and in this resort is incredibly attentive to each guest. Our stay was capped with a special gift to my sick daughter that brought such a smile to her face there is simply no value that can be assigned to such an experience. Such individual attention is rare even in high end stays and cannot be replicated. Food and drinks were wonderful and the concierge was unbelievable in assisting our requests! Too much positivity too simply put into words, some resorts make stays magical and this is one. Dont miss the experience.

There was nothing to dislike, simply exceptional

Everything was exceptional- inside and out - We loved the garden view from our window, the garden itself was a piece of art - the smell of the corridors was incredible (they use dr.Vranjes diffusers which we loved) - all the decor and art pieces were well thought of - the coffee was amazing especially the barley coffee - service was 100%

Breakfast was so simple, even though its delicious, it could be improved with added complexity or variety. Especially when we wanted authentic Italian desserts and cheese selections.

We chose to stay at the Four Seasons Hotel Florence because of its rich history and reputation as one of the most beautiful Four Seasons hotels in the world. The experience did not disappoint. The hotel's environment, rooms, and the impeccable service from the staff were all perfect. It truly lives up to its name as the world's most beautiful Four Seasons. Our family spent two unforgettable nights here. The only downside was the overly salty dishes at the hotel's restaurants, including those at the Michelin-starred restaurant

My luggage was lost and the hotel worked hard to find it for me! The service quality is the best in my travels in the world! If you want to request any supplies for the room, the response is very fast, unlike the five-star hotels I have stayed in, which are very slow, like on vacation! This hotel is the best in the world that I have ever encountered in terms of catering, ability to solve difficult problems, service standards, and staff quality! Including its Renaissance design, it is a rare museum!

The location is perfect just 10 minutes walk from the Duomo. Previously a Palazzo the hotel is stunning, rooms light and airy and the view over the beautiful gardens was perfect What makes this hotel stand out is the staff who always go that little bit extra to make you feel welcome. Nothing is too much trouble, they set the standard for other Four Seasons around the world

Considering it was Four Seasons I thought the staff didn’t go out of their way to accommodate you. I would prefer Dorchester to Four seasons service any day!

Like an oasis within the city centre. Very friendly and professional staff.

Not enough normal sockets within the room, particularly by the bed - everything is wired for the lamps etc which you cannot change. They have old-style USB ports by the bed which is fine for most devices but not suitable for other things. Weird system for payment: they keep charging your credit card randomly throughout your stay without informing you what it’s for or giving you a receipt at the time which makes it complicated when checking-out. You don’t know what charges will actually be taken or which charges will be reversed until you’ve added everything up and paid/recouped the difference. It would be much easier if they just charged a certain amount on check-in and then the balance on check-out, so two payments as opposed to the five that we had for our three-day stay.

One of the most beautiful hotels in the world if not the most. Probably the nicest four seasons in the world. Accomodations are second to none, and service of the staff match the quality of the accomodations. The only other hotel in the world on this level is the Royal Mansour in Marrakesh.
