The location and decor is really beautiful. The cleaning staff of the property were really good and helpful.

The whole hotel is automated through a booking system, with self check in etc. There is no one physically present on the property to help with your reservation or any requests. Everything is done through a chatbot or messaging app to a call center in Germany. It’s an extremely impractical and often inconvenient experience. There are lockers on the property, however if you leave your luggage there after check out you can’t get back in to collect it as your PIN code at the door expires.

The location of this place is amazing. In a very well located area near many sites and places to eat. The building itself is beautiful and our room was a great size. Staff can also be contacted 24/7 immediately through Whatsapp.

A/C and heating cannot be changed or controlled by the visitor and instead controlled by a centralized system. Though this is a great idea environmentally, unfortunately when we went, it was quite warm at night and we couldn't open the windows due to many mosquitos in the area. Perhaps opt for a room that is a bit bigger too, as our room had small windows with not much light being let into the room.

The location was perfect for sightseeing. The room was spacious and peaceful. Modern and great bathroom. Super responsive staff via chat. It's great that the facility has its own lockers where you can leave your things before check-in/after check-out. We had to prolong our stay and the staff was extremely helpful by booking us the same room in which we were already staying.

It's not something that's easy to control, but the whole building is swamped with mosquitoes. We could not use our terrace due to the issue, and although we kept the windows constantly shut, mosquitoes found their way into the room, and it wasn't easy to sleep in those conditions.

Characterful room in a great location Santa spirito is a good neighbourhood with residentially priced restaurants. The tea provided was excellent. The room and building had its own charm The value for money was good.

There was a few issues that took a while to resolve, a broken corkscrew which meant we had to push the wine cork into the bottle. They replaced the following day but needed it on the arrival day ideally. Was a previous guest hair on the sofa I think we expected a kitchen of some sort due to the pictures. But still the room has a few useful things like the fridge/wine glasses etc.

We are a family of four with two teens, so having three bathrooms was great. The air conditioning was important as well, due to a heat wave. The location next to the Pitti Palace and short walk to Ponte Vecchio and city center was great. We didn’t use the kitchenette other than refrigerator, but it was handy. We liked having an iron and ironing board.

More clean towels would have been welcomed, as we were there for an extended stay without a washer/dryer in room (there’s one is basement, but it’s not convenient and a bit musty). It can be noisy, as it’s a somewhat busy intersection. It didn’t bother us, but it might bother light sleepers.

This is a boutique hotel with kitchen facilities in shared common spaces (there were 3 rooms on our floor and 1 kitchen - dining table setting that everyone could use). Dishwasher, dishes and cutlery, pans and pots, olive oil and vinegar. The hotel is located in an old authentic Florence building with a gorgeous staircase (there are no elevators, that’s important to keep in mind). It’s basically wall to wall with the Pitti palace. The building has been renovated with such respect to the historic building and location and with such love to details. The quality and the design of furniture, shower detailes, Tiffany-colour kettle and a pink tin of Grind coffee… Also the fact that they have Ren soap, lotion, shampoo and conditioner is just wow! And a good quality hair dryer. You really feel like they respect and care about their guests. Everything was just beyond amazing! The support team is very responsive 24/7 and is willing to resolve any issues. We also loved the “common cupboard” concept - you have everything you might need there ready any time of the day or night - extra towels or bedding, tea and coffee, iron, batteries etc. There also washing and drying machines and detergent if you need it. And the dealbreaker is that you can leave your luggage in safe deposits before check in and after check out. Being and introvert, I also loved the concept self check in and not having a reception desk. I think it’s very convenient and modern. Makes you feel more at home. Numa is definitely a discovery of the year and we immediately booked our stay in Rome. Everting is pristinely clean and just exceptional!

There was a strange smell at first when we arrived. It felt like a cat could have stayed there before. Being allergic, we panicked a little. The support team ensured us that pets are not allowed in the property and they’ve offered an additional cleaning service if we wanted. I would like to underline that this doesn’t not change the overall experience and that the property is extremely extremely clean! I would give a 20 out of 10 score if I could.

Very beautiful accomodation in a historical building where you can find the Florence vibe. Very close to the important spots of the city, like 1 minute of walking from Pallazo Piti and 3-4 minutes of Ponte Vecchio. The room is very clean, has a comfortable bed, a fridge, TV, coffee machine and a beautiful bathroom with all necessary stuff. Our host left us a bottle of water, some chips, coffee and tea bags like a welcome gift. The checkin and checkout procedures are very simple, all is digital, you don’t have a physical key to close or OPEN the door.

Great location - within 20 minute walk of everything & a bus stop outside that goes to the train station. Everything was clean, and only 2 flights of stairs to navigate. The luggage storage option on the ground floor was really useful after check out too.

The room itself only had one small window opening to a courtyard - so fresh air was minimal (but this is just the design of the property, nothing the owners can do!) … we stayed for three nights & a change of towels would have been handy.

Natural light come easily in the apartment, thanks to the four windows. The bathroom is agreeable. Shower and soap products smell so good and are high quality.

A window was broken and didn't close. The other windows were sealed (can't open them). Why? The location is great but the little square down the building is very trafficked and makes a lot of noise during day and night.

Numa Felice was like staying in a florentine palazzo. Everything I needed was provided to 5 star standard. The location was a local funky area but near all the tourist spots. My room was large with a modern bathroom.

My room was on the 4th floor - 101 steps so it was hard work to lug my luggage all the way up.
