Everything was perfect . The location was a little bit far from the center but we knew that beforehand so it wasnt really an issue. The hotel provides with transport to and from center. The breakfast was great, very comfortable beds and clean rooms. The staff was helpful and attentive to all our requests. We stayed for one night only but we’ll definitely go back :)

This was the the perfect family hotel located on the outskirts of Florence, we traveled as a family with 2 children aged 9&15, property is about 8 mins drive from the centre, the swimming pool was just perfect after arriving during the heatwave, allowed us and the children a chance to reset from exploring the city. Stylish decor in a glam art deco style , junior suite was great for families , the breakfast was plentiful and well worth dining in the restaurant in the evening if fancying an escape from the city, it’s very good value with discount offered to hotel resident’s . The staff are attentive and friendly and go the extra mile

Nothing to dislike, but just be mindful it’s located in a residential area on the outskirts, but feel very safe ands once inside you can really switch off, true urban escape

Lovely hotel with great staff. It is a little bit out of Florence city centre but the bus stop was nearby and easy to use..Regular buses until midnight and you can use your bank card/ credit card to tap on. 20 mins to bottom end of the city centre and 30 mins to the main train station. Hotel looks like it has been recently refurbished and everything looked new. Super comfy bed and great air con. Small quirk when using the tv that it only worked when the bathroom light was on (might have been a one off for our room). Breakfast was great. Only ate in the hotel and one night and had good food and service.

We enjoyed being outside of the city and yet having great service and facilities. The hotel is going through a complete renovation and rebranding, the results of which we really liked - it's sort of modernised art-deco. The pool is small, but perfect for refreshing after a long and hot day in the city. The room was spacious with enough storage and a new AC. We also loved food and cocktails (the best Hugo in my life 😁). We definitely recommend trying their special sushi with meat 🤤.

The breakfast was lacking some veggies and fruit. Also the shower cabin was really tiny, although the room size allowed it to put in a bigger one.

We loved everything about this property! A perfect urban retreat. Not close to Florence centre but anyone who looks on the maps can work that out before they book/stay. We had a car so it was perfect for us! The rooms were so modern and lovely. The staff were friendly and helpful when needed. The breakfast room again was so modern and there were lots of breakfast options (more on the continental side). We loved that the hotel had a small pool, perfect for a quick dip or to relax after a day exploring. Also lots of outside areas to relax in the hotel.

Very delicious breakfast, great service, loved to stay at the pool to relax, directly access from the room was perfect. Great shuttle car service at the hotel for just about 5 euro per person which was much cheaper than taxi, there were also a bus stop 200m from the hotel, easy to take the bus to centrum. It’s very clean, new towels everyday, perfect. Would highly recommend!

They didn’t refill the minibar the whole week, otherwise everything was perfect 👍🏼

I loved the design of the hotel, it is very pretty. The breakfast was really good with many options to choose from. The staff was very nice and a shuttle bus service is available to the city center of Firenze (7,50 Euro for a return trip) which was very convenient. The parking is very easy and free in front of the hotel.

The shower cabin was really really small and the we had some issues with the wifi.

I needed a location somewhat close to the hospital, as my wife had an accident. Together Florence Inn was 2.9 miles away and on a bus line. It also had a very good breakfast with plenty of options. The staff was excellent, as I did not speak Italian, there were several who spoke English. A special shout out to Francesca and Jacopo, both went above and beyond to make my stay as well as expected with my wife in the hospital. Thank you for the great service.

Quiet, excellent breakfast and dinner, big room, comfortable bed

Floor and under bed and in bathroom were only lightly swept, not clean at all. Full of dust bunnies and my feet were dirty after walking three steps out of the bathroom…Otherwise I heartily recommend the hotel!!!

Stylish hotel with rooms clean, spacious and comfortable. Breakfast is above average as it offers a wide range of tea leaves, pastries. Breakfast crew was friendly and helpful even if we stepped in 10 mins before it's closing time.

Public transport access seemed not in proximity.
