we LOVED our stay with Massimiliano! from the get go we were received by Alessandro who coordinated with me for the keys and very nicely showed us everything around the apartment and the amenities in it. He made sure everything was according to what we were promised and also gave us a lot of recommendations around the area and some local tips! The area is super well located and also super safe! we went out and about until late and night and never had any problems. Beds were pretty comfy (both the one in the room and the sofa bed). Would love to stay there again on our next Florence escapade.

There's honestly nothing bad I can say about this place, we had a great stay and everything worked perfectly.

The apartment was great - I was a little nervous with the pull-out couch but the mattress was very comfortable and my teenager had no problems with it. My 2 other teenagers loved their private room and the master bedroom was spacious and comfortable. The bottle of wine was a very nice welcome gift (except we didn’t finish it! :( )The location is incredible. Centrally located to most of the big sites (7 minutes walking to the Duomo and 15 minutes walking to Accademia Gallery) and restaurants and shops are everywhere! I never would have thought I could drink a Guinness in Florence at an Irish pub…and it’s literally next door to the apartment (I mean I love wine but sometimes I need a break!)

Very nice apartment, located in the heart of the Florence in a traditional building on second floor, 10-20 minutes on foot to any attraction in the central touristic part. Apartment exact as described, very nice landlord who met us to give the keys and all the details. Very clean, with everything you need, including the kitchen part if for any reason you decide to prepare something at home.

I haven't anything negative to report from my point of view. If not obvious, take care of the type of location, traditional building, second floor with no elevator which could be a problem if you need this. For us wasn't the case

We had a wonderful stay in this cozy one-bedroom apartment with my wife and three kids. The apartment was well-equipped with all the conveniences we needed, making our stay comfortable and stress-free. The location was perfect, allowing us to explore the city easily. The host was kind and accommodating, providing helpful instructions and even allowing us to extend our checkout by an hour, which was a great help. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I highly recommend this apartment!

The apartment was clean and well furnished to meet every need. I loved that a washer was available as that is a lifesaver if traveling via carry on only. Alessandro was extremely helpful at check in offering tips for best and most cost efficient food options. Massimiliano is also very responsive and made sure we were comfortable for the entire duration of our stay. We even received a bottle of his wine as a gift!! We will definitely stay here again and recommend this property for friends.

Well located and beautiful apartment, lovely warm welcome from property manager Alessandro. Comfortable sofa bed for the kids which easily folded away. Good amenities including washing machine and dishwasher. Netflix was also available.

As it situated next to an Irish pub, there was a lot of noise overnight. The air conditioning unit in the main bedroom was also very noisy and couldn’t be changed to a lower fan setting. Despite trying several options, we could not get a taxi or Uber back to the train station leading to a challenging 1.4 km walk with 4 suitcases over cobblestones on our last day. This is apparently a significant issue in Florence at the moment.

The host (Alessandro) was super friendly and helped us into the hotel as well as parking the car in the nearby garage (which was reserved prior to arriving. Alessandro also kindly introduced to us famous restaurants and photozones where my family and I could visit during our stay in Florence. The apartment location was awesome because we were able to reach main attraction sites within a few minutes. We also appreciated the invitation wine which tasted superb. Grazie and I would definitely love stay here again if I get to visit Florence again.

It clean and have more than enough beds for our family of 5pax. Clean and reasonably size.toilet and most important the windows are sound proof so even there is restaurant downstairs you wont hear noises much. Host is amazing even though we have abit of issues, he is very responsive and quickly suggest solutions, thank you. Yeah, no matter.

Prehaps the stairs as the bigger unit is on the 3rd floor and there is no lift, cant be help as this is Italy.

Our host was incredible! What a fantastic man, so welcoming, helpful and friendly. We felt like we had instantly met an old friend. Parking just around the corner and a very helpful garage attendant too! The apartment is in the heart of Florence and everything about it is easy and perfect for a short or a longer stay in a most magnificent city. Great cooking facilities if you need them, but restaurants everywhere close by. Wonderful hot powerful shower and spacious bathroom. Big comfortable bed, with loads of extra pillows and blankets if you need them. Great AC perfect for those warm evenings. What a fantastic little find in the centre of Florence, we absolutely 100% will book again, when we are next in Florence and I hope that is very soon!

Add a chopping board and some tea towels to the kitchen! Otherwise, everything was perfect!

The location cannot be beat in terms of proximity to the city center. The apartment is perfect for a couple or small family, but even with five of us it was comfortable enough.

Be prepared for some noise at night as the apartment is next to an Irish pub. It was LOUD all night, but part of this was because of the Eurocup going on.
