An absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and comfort of my room. Overall, our stay exceeded expectations. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. We will definitely be returning in the future! The breakfast was amazing and the view breathtaking. There is also spa availble which we did not end up using but the pool are was nice and our 2 year old loved it.

Amazing view. Fabulous room. Great pool. Calm and peaceful vibe. Lovely breakfast and evening meal. Reasonably priced. One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. Would 100% return. But would need to hire a car.

We went to the town via excellent Italian trains and then a ferry across Lake Iseo (from Marone to Riva Di Solto). Just too difficult to then get to the hotel. No public transport and no taxis (we were later told that taxi would have been 40euros for the 5 minute drive, if we'd found one). So my wife and I (aged 51) walked a 25 minute steep climb in 33 degrees with cases. BPM was 182. Bonkers! You've never seen such red faces!

Clean and modern room and bathroom, nice mix of terraced areas to relax in. Beautiful views from the hotel and the village at the bottom of the hill. Helpful and friendly staff

In the restaurant there were a few noises that spoiled the ambience and made it less relaxing. The phone for the hotel rang throughout these areas with multiple different ring tones, and there was an alarm coming out of the kitchen which couldn’t be turned off. These are minor things and overall the experience was very good.

Before we even arrived at the hotel the staff had been fantastic, picking us up from a nearby town as we had decided to visit the lake without our own transportation, The view from the hotel is breathtaking, something you need to see to believe! The room was lovely, with very good air conditioning and the balcony view was exceptional too , breakfast was fantastic and again overlooked the lake which I personally could never tier of ! The pool area was a real bonus as was the terrace area too ! Down the hill was a charming little town that had 2 small shops , 3 cafe bars and 2 restaurants plus there were 2 pizza places a short walk from the hotel, We had an exceptional stay here thanks so much x

Everything was excellent! Both the interior and the exterior are exactly as shown in the photos at Booking.com and the money was worth it. The staff were super polite and always willing to help, all public places were really well taken care of, the room was very comfortable and the restaurant was truly great. We had also booked the spa package -which was such a fun and relaxing experience- and they even let us stay longer than supposed. The most wonderful thing was the view, an exquisite hotel in a lovely location!

The only slightly negative aspect was that our room was on the third floor, where the balcony-walls were high because of the photovoltaic panels underneath, so you would have to stand up in order to fully see the view. On the other hand, being on the third floor meant that we were high enough so there was less chance for any surroundings to block the view.

We stayed in the Monte isola room which was lovely and clean with a more spacious balcony than the other rooms. Staff were very friendly and helpful especially Mirtillo (blueberry) the hotels dog who always greeted us and wanted a belly scratch. The food in the hotel was amazing- we would highly recommend the stuffed Guinea fowl for dinner. There is also ample parking for drivers. The view is incredible.

The hotel is positioned on a hill (which is expected) so if you are less able you may struggle walking uphill. I would recommend renting a car and using the hotels parking facilities to get around.

The view is even better than on pictures, swimming pool is very clean, not overcrowded, the garden area is nice around the hotel. The breakfast was amazing with fresh fruit!

We booked standard double room which was apparently ment for invalides on wheelchair, so the toilets was a bit strange for us and the shower was really uncomfortable and leaking water everywhere. We could not open the windows as they were almost under the street level. In the morning there was noise from the cleaning ladies, as we were next to the storage room and the walls are thin. So the hotel itself is nice but this room was a fail and we did not figure it out before booking. Also be aware thar it is not close to walk to the lake beach.

Perfect relaxing place if you want to stay in peace with beautiful view. We stayed just for two nights but we wish to stay longer. The view is breathtaking. Also we got extra spa facilities. Jacuzzi, sauna were very chilling. They got bottle of Prosecco and some meat and cheese cuts. It was perfect moment to enjoy with my boyfriend. Felt like in Paradise. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. We will definetly come for longer time. Thank you

This is a beautiful family run hotel. The staff are friendly and attentive. We ate in the restaurant on the Friday night and the whole experience was fantastic. The food was amazing with the added passion of the waiting staff made it all the more special. The views over the lake were beautiful and the gardens have saunas and swimming pool. Even though its January and chilly I can't wait to return later in the year. All very clean. The location was perfect not too close to the water side and not to high with amazing views.

Squeaky bathroom door in room 201 but forgot to mention. Didn't have tea making facilities in the room.

Beautiful place with breathtaking views to the Lake Iseo. The hotel has everything what we need for. The food in the restaurant was very delicious and the staffs were amazing, very welcoming and helpful. We had an unforgettable experience! Thank you so much! Gracie tutti
