Staying at Corte Casole was an amazing experience! I would recommend it to anyone traveling to Gallipoli. We had a big room, comfortable bed, very large bathroom / shower for Italy, and access to a laundry basin. Our host was welcoming and generous with his time and attention. He helped us park our rental (which is a HUGE benefit when staying in old town Gallipoli) and breakfast and coffee each morning was great. He also helped us with dinner reservations both nights. This was the best place we stayed on a two week trip to Italy. Thank you to M and the team at Corte Casole!

Fantastic B&B located in the historical centre of Gallipoli, very nicely renovated to a high standard, we got a little bit of the history of the buildings from the host. The host was fantastic with directions to drop our things and with bringing us to parking 5-10 minutes away. A nice little seated area outside for breakfast and relaxing if you like. And a very handy supply room just in case you forgot any essentials for the trip. The room was surprisingly big, looks smaller in the pictures. The shower was great nice pressure and didn't run out of hot water. Air conditioning worked a dream. The host gave us a list of recommendations for dinner and did not disappoint. Would visit again.

This super little B&B is located in a little alleyway on the harbour front. Although very close to the hub of the town, it is quiet and peaceful. The property contains 5 rooms, located around a lovely little terrace where breakfast is served. The rooms are beautifully decorated and everything is scrupulously clean and fresh. The bed was super comfortable. Breakfast was very good - fruits, croissants, cakes, yogurts…….. Mario, our host could not do enough to accommodate all our needs. He upgraded us to a superior room with with a terrace, free of charge. He even helped us with parking, showing us where we could park for free, so no need to worry about the ZTL. Thank you Super Mario for a perfect stay!

Mario was a perfect host, facility was perfect, location too!

The check-in from 12 pm is very convenient if you would like to spend the rest of the day in the city. Everything in walking distance. The room has no daylight but it is actually fine with more than 30 degrees outside. Mario makes an amazing coffee, he provides brown bags to pack lunch if breakfast is too much and he is especially helpful with finding a parking space and restaurant recommendations. Communication is via WhatsApp and Mario is extremely responsive.

The pillows are very hard.

The warm and helpful welcome from Mario with a drink and information was fantastic. The room 22-12 was beautiful with a tiled floor, comfortable bed and very useful terrace for washing and drying clothes. Breakfast of fresh melon, pastries and yoghurt was perfect. The location of Corte Casole was perfect for wandering the narrow streets or a five minute walk to the town beach. Finally thanks to Mario’s dad for his help.

Very cosy B&B, with an outstanding friendly owner. Mario helps you to park your car for free, just outside the old town. Breakfast outside on the patio is excellent: fresh pastry, yoghurt, fruit, fruitjuice, coffee and tea. Room is small but cool, clean and quiet. Very nice not too busy sandy beach in 5 minutes walk. Many restaurants nearby.

Matras a bit soft.

A lovely property which is conveniently located in the old town by the sea. Our room was big with a modern bathroom. Breakfast is served in a lovely courtyard. Mario is an excellent host and was really helpful during our stay, recommending a couple of lovely restaurants and helping out with booking tables. Mario was on hand when we arrived to help us unload and park our car, as it is not possible to park really near the property. Would recommend staying here.

The best part of this bed-and-breakfast is Mario the host. He was warm and welcoming from the beginning, and offered excellent suggestions for where to go and where to eat. He went above and beyond when we had an issue with our car rental and went out of his way to help us which was much appreciated. We had the room on the upper floor with a large terrace. It was everything that you would want in a hotel room in a unique and charming setting steps from over looking the water. There is a small courtyard where you eat breakfast in the morning which includes fresh fruit, an assortment of pastries and yogurt. The room itself is very clean, and the one that we were staying was incredibly spacious. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, and would not hesitate to come back!

Located in the old part of the city. (Yes, you drive into the ZTL- Mario registers your car). Renovated, clean, pleasant property. Tastefully decorated. Mario was the perfect host. He served a good breakfast with fruit, yoghurt, fresh local pastries and very good coffee. Bedroom with own terrace- must be wonderful in spring and summer- not able to appreciate as travelled in winter.
