My stay at the hotel was very good. The room, location, and staff met my expectations, and I had a great stay. There is free parking along the small streets, and I would recommend that, if needed, to rent a small car. There was good communication.

It would be good to take under consideration to put outside handles for the upper floor doors as well. When closing them, you do not have control over the door as it does not have a handle, and it makes a lot of noise when closing.

The property is located in a great spot: the train station is right next door, and you can reach the old town in just a few minutes. The room is fairly clean, though not perfect. A huge plus is the rooftop terrace - offering a beautiful view of the sea and the city! Very good communication with the property manager, who deserves a high rating. Tasty breakfasts.

The hotel is in a great location, just walking distance from the old town. Check in was made super easy and we got great instructions for where to park our car. We absolutely loved the rooftop terrace and the breakfast there.

The windows are quite old therefore do not insulate well against the noises from the street, which meant that we woke up every morning at 7.30 am to some construction works a street away. The bed was too soft for our liking.

Great breakfast on an amazing terrace. Free parking on the street or at the train station (150m) with a bit of luck. They replied to all my questions in WhatsApp immediately.

It's on the 3rd floor, no lift. The shutters let some street light come in all night and it was bright as soon as daylight came.

Very good stay. The rooms are quite big and nice decorated. The location of the hotel is very good and you can find free parking along the small streets. The staff was helpful and very polite. I would recommend the hotel.

Limited communication in English. The odor in the room is really intensive. Unfortunately you can smell mold too. The room is located towards the main street - noise from the downstairs bar and the traffic.

Beautiful building, very large rooms, tastefully decorated, nice toiletries. Very polite and helpful staff, impeccable cleaning. And a huge terrace to relax.

The owner - Samuel rang me on the morning of our check in to advise me that due to pluming problems with my room, he could only book me into another B&B, Palazzo Colombo in the old town which was stunning. We had the best room - a junior suite with a view of the sea and right next to Gallipoli Castle. The room was huge with an amazingly comfortable and large bed and a balcony to sit out on. All detail of facilities were catered for down to a full mini bar, crystal drinking glassed, night gowns and a fab power shower- towels and toiletries' etc. We had a lovely breakfast in their sister B&B - just 5 minutes walk - Palazzo Presto - on the roof. Choice of cooked and cold buffet - all was delicious and plentiful. Staff service was amazing - especially Samuel who was a genuinely lovely person to meet. Thank you to all at both venues for a wonderful experience. I would definately book Palazzo Colombo to stay at again!!!

Excellent location within a few walking minutes from the old city center. Beautiful terrace available. Self check-in and nearby free parking spots to be included on the advantages list this accommodation comes with.

location was perfect to visit both the beach and the city center on foot. staff was kind and helpful. The room was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. Overall was a great stay with good money value relationship
