Very nice and helpful staff. Pretty and comfortable hotel. Pleasant breakfast and a possibility to have dinner right at the hotel with a very nice atmosphere.

Sound isolation is terrible. Door to the bathroom didn't really close. Breakfast was a bit too expensive (15 euro). The location of the hotel is very unfortunate, because there's not enough places nearby. If you want to have a proper lunch, you would have to look for the place for a while. The laundry in the hotel is crazy expensive. And proper beach nearby is also private and pair for.

I stayed for one night Hotel location between Genova and portofino Parking is available outside, but if you are lucky Hotel parking 15 euros per night and secure Nothing Important nearby, only if you like supermarket you can find anything you like. Great and comfortable rooms. The breakfast was very good. The hotel staff was very helpful and gave us warm and cold water for the baby's milk. The beds are comfortable and room service is also very fast. We requested for iron and it was provided within 5 minutes. We stayed at the hotel and traveled to Santa Margarita and stopped at a few beaches along the way. Was a pleasant stay.

Parking is not readily available in the hotel. However, there are free public parking spots next to the hotel which is easily available. The hotel is at a crowded junction but you won't notice anything once you are in the hotel.

Very kind reception staff, good breakfast, room was great, parking solved perfectly in garage below hotel access directly from elevator. Bus tickets directly to Genoa Brignole station and center available on reception, bus station in front of hotel. Excellent pizza takeaway on the other side of hotel.

Our room had issue with closing needed to check for closing properly. Hotel a bit far from center (arround 13 bus stops)

Extremely nice and professional staff!!! They helped us 24/7. Great kingsize bed. Daily cleaning was perfect. Very beautiful lobby and rooftop restaurant. Nice small fitness room. Very good breakfast, also for us vegetarians. Is worth 14 euros. The public beach priaruggia is nearby (10 min walk). Good mini-bar. A nice tiny roomsafe without extra costs. A lot of parking slots for free very close to the hotel (white slots).

The Wi-Fi had a very poor quality. We could hardly use it. The location is not very nice.

Hotel parking was optional as a cost but there were plenty free spaces nearby. The dinner and cocktails were overpriced and not great.

Nice clean and luxorious hotel. Reception available quickly all the time, making great suggestions for dinner etc. Nice rooms and very good bathroom.

Breakfast has no terrace, and the roof top terrace is available only in the evening and only for dinner

Staff were very friendly and very helpful, food was limited but very good, the steak was fabulous! Bed was comfortable. Rooms are very clean, linen and towels spotless.

Location, not as close to station as description would have you think, the area around the hotel was poor, very surprised Marriott chose this location! That said very easy to get to Portofino and Cinque Terre which is why we came to Genoa. No tea or coffee making facilities in room and toiletries were very hit and miss, second day nothing was replaced at all, third day everything plus a lot more appeared.

The room was quite spacious. Amenities provided as expected. Nice looking bathroom. Helpful and friendly staff. We needed a phone charger and got it right away at the reception.

Bathroom glass door does not provide much sound insulation. Also there would be small pool of water on the floor after every shower.
