Simonetta is a very welcoming and accomodating host. Nothing is too much trouble. The breakfast is excellent as is the evening platter she can supply. Of course the immaculately clean swimming pool is a real bonus. The property is surrounded by vineyards which are the source of the wine available. Wifi was good which was certainly appreciated by those guests doing a little work whilst they traveled.

The approach road is a little challenging, especially the first time you drive it. It becomes a little easier the more times you drive it. It is not at all busy and we very seldom met another vehicle coming in the opposite direction.

Fantastic for a couple or family- especially in the summer. We had the apartment- it was spacious, both bathrooms appeared newly renovated. The grounds are peaceful. It’s a working winery & it was wonderful watching the earth be tilled. Simonetta was a gracious host with recommendations & an a map! Grazie mille!

While it’s secluded, it is 5km from town on a white road- but so is everything else.

Very nice host. The 16th century hause has its own unique charm. The facility is located in the middle of nowhere, on the top of a mountain, 10 minutes by car to the nearest town. The estate is surrounded by fields with grapes from which the owners produce wine. Lots of space to relax, everyone will find a place to rest. Private swimming pool.

The only one suggestion - a "welcome pack" in the form of home-made wine would be a nice gesture

The hosts are amazing and welcoming. Great location, views, clean, and comfortable. We had access to the kitchen if we wanted to do a simple eat-in. Also did a cooking class that was fun and educational. The hosts offered products produced by or associated with the property (wine, olive oil, honey, soap) at very reasonable prices. We also ordered a meat and cheese board - 50 EUR for two including a bottle of their excellent wine.

Great breakfast in the morning, rooms were super clean and comfy beds. Pool area was beautiful, just like the photos. Hots were super helpful for local recommendations. We did a fun cooking class which was great.

On really hot still days there were lots of horse flies and wasps by the pool. They didn’t seemed interested in us humans. This was only really an issue on one of our days though.

We loved everything. Start to finish an incredible an mesmerizing experience. Beautiful room and pool, gorgeous garden, delicious breakfast and wine and lovely staff. Thank you Simonetta for providing us with a perfect stay! Hopefully we will stay at Le Cetinelle again.

it was a comfortable and lovely stone building typical of the area., nicely decorated and cozy inside. It’s has a very nice outdoors area in which to relax surrounded by a vineyard and lovely nature. unfortunately we could not enjoy the pool as it was not the season for it. also there’s a lovely driveway leading to the house lined by cypress trees characteristic of Tuscany.

It was great! Silence, serenity, nature and birdsong. Wonderful relaxing holiday. Simonetta is magnificent hostess, her tips on visiting places in Tuscany were invaluable. And the wine, the wine they make themselves, is divine, be sure to try it.

Peaceful spot on the top of a hill where all you can hear are the birds and insects and sometimes a deer nearby. Our room was spacious , very airy and cool despite the high temperatures, everything was very clean and well maintained. We had dinner there one night and it was delicious alongside a bottle of their Chianti red wine. Our dog also loved Dana, the owner's lovely dog <3

Not a bad thing, just a heads up that the house is 4 km uphill on an unpaved dusty road which should not be a problem if you don't go there with a Ferarri or Porsche

Gorgeous and zen property in the rolling hills of the Chianti region. The best hosts with the warmest hospitality! Delicious breakfasts and cappuccinos with stunning views all around the property. The suite was very spacious as well. I wish we could’ve stayed longer!
