I had a great trip here. Owner and is son are very friendly. This used to be the family vacation home, now turned B&B. The son is from South tirol and speaks fluent German which was very helpful for me. Owner speaks mostly Italien, with some German and English words. I was the only guest during my stay (pre-season), and they made sure to make me feel included always! The breakfast is good and has a personal touch. The B&B lies in a mostly abandoned holiday village, mostly populated during August. So if you're looking for some peace and quiet, this is the place. Nice outside area to work and chill. You can walk from the airport, tales approximately 30min. Google maps gives longer direction, but you can cross the dried-out river bed which cuts time in half. I would recommend a rental car as well as a day trip to Tropea and Pizzo (Tartuffo!)

Daniel was an excellent host, making us feel very welcome. He helped us transit from the airport, the nearby bar/restaurant Captain Morgan and to the rail station. The Captain Morgan was very chilled with good simple food but if staying longer it would be possible to dine outside with Daniel and guests adding to the charm of the rustic hideout.

Nothing. It was good to be a little way from the airport. The hotel would be a good base for those touring Calabria by car.

The host greeted us personally, offered cold breverages (it was a hot day). We travelled as a four member family. There is a parking space inside. We got a room with balcony (second floor), where you can spend time in the evening. The sea and beach are a few minutes away.

Ideal for two persons. For family - the room was too small (but for one night stay it is a good option).

The villa was beautiful and it was everything I was looking for when visiting Italy. It had the amazing feeling of being at home while still being on vacation. It is so close to the beach and it felt like it was our own private beach. The owners made everything about the stay amazing.

I wish I would have stayed longer.

Although we booked it only for 1 night ,it was very pleasant stay.Place is very nice,location good and host was very kind and helpful.Even though we could not arrive on time for check in ,he waited for us without any problem and greeted us with smile on his face.

Stayed here before. It's ideal for a night's stay before your flight from Lamezia. Stayed longer last time and spent time in the area with lots to see. It's a short walk to the beach. Your room has a balcony to relax late at night.

Mattresses need changing for new ones. Lumpy

The host was very kind, picked us up at the airport, showed the surroundings (train station, supermarket, bus stops). later took us from train station back to the hotel. The house is in quiet place, room with small kitchen and terrace, close to the beach. Breakfast was served with toasts, croissants, coffee, italian sausages and butter.

Excellent place, staff and overall experience. Very enjoyable stay. Highly recommended. Friendly staff and opportunity for doing laundry. Returned to this place on our drive back. Super beach nearby in walking distance.

Nothing really ! Only have high praise for this place. Good internet connection also. Outdoor football game as well. Easy going hosts and great service.

This is a nice B&B at a close distance to the airport. Mr. Enzo prepared a lovely breakfast every morning and was helpful in any way we needed. The place is close to the sea so we could go for morning stroll along the beach as wel as swimming. Perfect locality close to a highway to reach other destinations in Calabria. Can recomend for a family holiday.

The rooms were relatively small but exactly as advertised. We needed them just to get us over the night so no problem whatsoever.

Enzo, Daniel and his daughter were amazing and genuinely friendly and made me feel welcome to the point that I had dinner with them and 2 other guests. Without being dramatic I enjoyed my stay with them more than any 5* hotel I have ever been to. Would highly recommend
