The hotel is very clean and very family friendly. Staff is top notch and speak different languages to make everyone feel comfortable. The room is a good spaced room and the bathroom is of good space too. The temperature in the room was lovely. It is walking distance from gardaland and there is also a pathway where one can walk. It is walking distance from restaurants and very good restaurants.

It is not something which we did not like but maybe something we expected to have for the price paid. Breakfast was the same everyday which makes it boring to eat it 7 days a week. But other than that I will definitely choose it once again.

The hotel was nice and has a great location It would be a lot nicer if they added a few more facilities for kids, since many of the guests are families. The room was big.

The room is big but not very clean, there was a lot of dust in the room since it has a wall to wall carpet We could not open the windows since there was so much bee's and moskito's outside, the hotel should add nets. The breakfast was nice but it was the same every day which was boring also there were not too many vegetables and salads

The fact that is 15 mins away from Gardaland, and Caneva Aquapark is fairly within the reach by bus. The room was pretty big and modern, clean as well.

The breakfast was poor and tasteless, for sure not a 4 stars hotel breakfast! Only few selection of foods, all tasteless(!), even the scrambled eggs... Croissants were barely filled with ingredients inside, even though they were marketed as such. Dinner overly overpriced, no drinks included. The price of the room with breakfast included was way too expensive, having in mind the quality of the food, better said the lack of it.

Staff were friendly and helpful. It was clean Breakfast had lovely selection with lots of tables as we were a group of 11 we were all able to sit together Rooms were spacious (we are family of 5 in one room) Local bus transport available from the nearest village about 10 min walk providing a service to the nearest towns where there were train and ferry links

The swimming pool needed to be open later as after a day out visiting local attractions it would have been nice to come back to but it closed at 7pm

It's a bit of walk to everything. 10-15 min walk to the gardaland Entrance (but there's nothing else closer) Also the restaurant is buffet only. not much options for dinner onsite on a rainy day. The closest restaurant in the village nearby is about 8 to 10min walk. And the lake side takes another 10mins. Unless you have a car, the only feasible transport is taxi or walking. Usually hotels in the US near theme park like this one would offer free shuttle service to/from the park during peak hours.

Clean and cozy hotel, rooms were clean, big and warm pool. Hotel is very close to Gardaland, it was easy to reach it by foot.

Caps were compulsary in the pool - that was irritating. Towels for pool were charged. Breakfast was rhe same each morning and variety was quit poor. At the last day we didn’t get clean towels though dirty ones were taken, toilet paper wasn’t filled. They cood offer lunch for clients as there were no working restaurants around in the middle of the day

The location was amazing, the rooms are spacious.. the hotel is modern, has a beautiful pool and surroundings.. breakfast was varied and delicious.. the staff is nice and helpful and the service is great!

The first four days the changed the towels.. later on they didn’t leave towels in the room and we had to ask the reception for clean towels.. you can’t go in the room without a cap, which they charge you for. It doesn’t cost a lot of money, but the concept of having to pay for something that in my opinion the hotel has to provide since it’s their policy. I think the caps should be given to the guest with no charge

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was large. Kids beds were actual beds and not a sofa that opens up. Breakfast was excellent with a large variety of food and drinks. Lots of free parking was available and location is good. We really liked the swimming pool. We were surprised to find an Alexa in the room.

We found socks of other guests in the closet.

The room was big and comfy, great shower. Huge parking lot. Breakfast was great with a good variety but a little crowded. Nice pool, the only downside is the obligatory pool caps (even for the boys) which we were required to pay for. Very good location for families planning on visiting Gardaland.

The extra charge on swimming caps is a little petty in my opinion. The crowded dining hall at breakfast.

Nice hotel and rooms

The location is not so close to Gardaland, and there is no bus conection, only taxi with high prices. They don't serve the dinner, so again you have to go outside with an taxi or walking next to the car road
