Everything was smooth from arrival to departure. Good location Can't remember the name of the guy I spoke to but was amiable and helpful. Breakfast also very good pastries, coffee and conversation Would highly recommend

If being picky I'd say the automatic light in the bathroom if your partner is going to the toilet in the early hoirican be annoying. But I am being picky

There was some confusion as one day before arrival I was told the apartment had been double booked. I was offered alternative accommodation which I reluctantly acceptable as I had little time . In the day of arrival I was than informed that my original booking was available. I however with limited time opted to remain with the alternative accommodation . I was than informed this was only possible if I cancelled the original booking and claimed a refund and than rebook the recommended alternative . This created a. enormous hassle and made logical sense. I was not happy to be forced in alternative accommodation and being told I had to go through a process of rebooking and claiming refund . Unacceptable options and had to deal with numerous messages.

the check-in starts from 11, which was the main reason to choose 19Venti. the room is easy to find near the old town. so everything you what to see is close to you. also it is located on 30 min by walk from both bus station and the train station. And on both ways there is something interesting to see, so highly recommended to do it. The room itself was clean and good looking.

There was no windows, just a door to the terrace, which is shared with the other rooms. so we couldn’t leave it open.

Good location, very central. Helpful host. Lovely little courtyard. Good sized bedroom.

A coffee machine and/or kettle in the room as advertised would have been nice. It was a little tired in places.

Amazing host, great hospitality, the location is superb. Our daughter had sprained her foot so we thought we would have to spend the whole day but Fabio works at the hospital and he bandaged it well. Also suggested great places to visit in this region.

Pretty room, excellent location in the centre of Lecce. Good value for money.

Ac worked but unit is very old and makes a lot of noise. Apartment is very noisy (very loud when someone opens and closes the front door, or speaks upstairs)

Convenient location for old town and the bus to the train station and to the bus station. Helpful proprietor and private garden (the November North Wind meant we didn’t use it!). Pleasant breakfast.

Great sized room. Fabulous locality - walking distance to historical sites and to local shopping area . Fabulous hosts and breakfast. Easy parking.

Guest house is lovely and well located for visiting the old town. Parking was relatively easy for being in the city. We found the bed ( a very nice king size bed....hard to find for my tall husband) to be too soft, but that is a personal preference Also it would have been better to have several layers of covers instead of one lovely, but heavy duvet. I was too hot. Breakfast was good and staff very helpful. Would recommend asking for one of the 2 interior rooms for a quiet night.

The location is great, only a 2 minutes walk through a nice park to the old part of the town. the room was nice, the garden is especially cute. The breakfast is great with local pastries and coffee. The host is helpful and very pleasant.

The heating works only in the morning and evening so it might be a bit chilly during the night and midday in winter, but there is air conditioning to be used and plenty of things to do in the city during the day so it was not that important to us.
