My family and I recently had the pleasure of staying at an incredible apartment in Lecce, and I couldn't be more thrilled to share my wonderful experience! From start to finish, everything about this stay was truly exceptional. First and foremost, the apartment exuded comfort and style in every corner. The tasteful decor and thoughtful design elements created a warm and inviting ambiance, making it a true home away from home. It was evident that great care had been taken to ensure guests' utmost comfort. But what truly stood out was the fantastic air conditioning. During the heat days, it provided a refreshing and welcome respite, ensuring that we always returned to a cool and pleasant haven after exploring the most beautiful city in Puglia and off course enjoying great beaches nearby. Moreover, the staff at this accommodation went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. A minor emergency situation involving our child arose during our trip, and I cannot praise the staff's prompt and efficient response enough. They acted instantly, providing the assistance and support we needed, putting our minds at ease during a potentially stressful moment. Their kindness and attentiveness truly touched our hearts. I can wholeheartedly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Lecce. The comfort, style, and impeccable air conditioning combined with the extraordinary staff's exceptional service make it a top-tier choice for accommodation. The location was amazing. It was so close to the heart of Lecce, but not right in the middle of the crowded streets. The appartement we booked had a self check-in system and there was no receptionist or hosts present to welcome us, but that wasn’t an issue because the system was easy to use and the apartment was equipped with all the necessities. The appartement was bigger than we expected, with really clean and beautiful bed rooms, bath rooms and kitchen.

In case you miss out on anything, there isn’t someone present to help you out with that issue. For example the wine opener in our appartement was broken, so we had to buy a new one ourselves instead of asking a host for it to be replaced.

1) not very clean- we had to clean ourselves. Floors were very dirty each day as we were coming from the beach and there was no broom/mop to clean. In seven days they cleaned only once. 2) very noisy as were were at the ground floor 3) no key to open front door (you use e-key) and after 30 min from check out (we were a little late) without advising about it the e-key did not work any more. I am ok with removing access if late, but tell me about the risk

New and modern apartment very close to the centre. Comfortable beds, ample bathrooms and very clean. Check-in process was easy (all online you need to make sure to have internet access to open the front door and apartment door, once inside a card key is provided). Kitchen is equipped but only with the basics, we requested a corkscrew and it was provided the next morning.

The kitchen could be equipped a little bit more, missing a coffee machine, utensils (we didn´t have a spatula or corkscrew) and provide the essentials like salt, oil, etc. Also, they only provided one pod for the dishwasher, at least one per night/stay should be provided. We woke up one day without electricity or water and the circuit breaker kept tripping. We reported the problem and they tried to solve it remotely; when we came back at night it was partially solved - the circuit breaker stopped tripping but we only had hot water available. And last but not least the front door didn´t lock properly.

The accomodation has impressive yard and the interior si newly renovated, with a very nice design. The bed & couch are very comfortable. It is well located, at walking distance to the city center (around 10-15 minutes) and to central train station (around 15 minutes). Everything was very clean.

The bathroom has access from the bedroom, so for people who slept in the livingroom was a bit unconforatble to go to bathroom.

This was our second stay on the same trip. We were given a different apartment to the first one we’d stayed in, and it only go better. Absolutely stunning kitchen and dining areas, really beautiful architectural lighting and all great quality and comfort. All within a stones throw from the historic centre of town. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Only thing that made me give this property 9 stars instead of 10 was the bedding issue. Again we received a room with twin beds even though we’d booked two doubles and had confirmed prior to our arrival. Recommend that you keep some spare, different sized bedding in the cupboard so guests can change it themselves if it’s been set up incorrectly. Again, still loved this property and would stay again even with this minor issue.

All in all, it was a pretty remarkable experience. The property's incredible spaciousness, its prime location, the impeccable cleanliness, and the thoughtful provisions for my baby all came together to create a comfortable and enjoyable stay. It's safe to say that I left feeling thoroughly satisfied and grateful for such a wonderful accommodation choice.

Nothing, it was great!

Very clean and high-end, everything you needed, many details like some snacks and shampoo provided. Easy and friendly to get in touch with the landlord, they were always very helpful. Everything we needed was within walking distance. Because the suite was located inside the property and not right at the street we felt very safe and it was nice and quiet.

I loved the structure the staff The place has everything you need with a one year old They accommodate us with a baby bed which I was not expecting There was Fresh water waiting for us when we arrived which was so rewarding and of course free of charge ☺️ We parked the car right outside the Appartment and we walked to the center of the town which is only 10 minutes walk I again thank this structure and the staff For the cleaning of the place and the design and everything Nice work ☺️
