First the basics: Comfortable bed, great shower, good size room, and good heating and cooling. Wifi: Very good, you can stream NETFLIX with no trouble...but why are you in your room? Stairs: Wow, an elevator! Location: You're in the heart of the old town. For a tourist, you can't improve on the location. It is wonderful! Breakfast: Omelets, fried eggs, fresh squeezed orange juice, fresh fruit, croissants, cakes, yogurt, tea, coffee, cheese, potatoes, salad, toasties and maybe there is more stuff? Restaurants and Bars! OH MY GOODNESS, your room comes with 20 Percent off at the cafe Miro and across the passageway at Wine bar and restaurant Miro. The service, the food and the wine is exceptional! An excellent menu with a wide variety of choices. Only one pasta dish...Lasagna! We ate lunch there once, and dinner twice. Prices are reasonable to begin with, so with the discount and the quality of food, service and ambience, this should be your first choice of places to eat.

Parking: If you don't come by car, then parking isn't a problem. If you have a car, ask for recommendations. You need to search your navigation app for parking areas well out from the centre. Plan on a 8 to 10 min walk to Cafe Miro. The directions you get from Booking.com take you close to where you want to get to, but if you instead navigate on foot to Cafe Nero, this is where you check in. The addition of a hot water pot, some cups, saucers, spoons, instant coffee, tea bags and sugar would put this property "over the top"

The location was great! The rooms were spacious and clean the bathroom is a good size and clean. They also have a nice balcony over looking the street. The staff is amazing and check in very easy!

Great location just a few meters from Basilica di Santa Croce. There is a restaurant operated by the same owner next to the B&B, where you have a 20% discount. We tried apperitivo for 2 people (seafood, cheese, meatballs, grilled vegetables, etc.), which was great and portion was really big. What was trully exceptional is the staff. Very nice, when we ordered 2 glasses of wine in the evening and wanted to drink it on a balcony of the B&B, they brought the drinks to the apartment on 1st floor. Very nice and great servise. We will definitelly come back once.

Stunning accommodation right in the heart of Lecce, literally in the beautiful piazza of the basilica. The room was beautifully furnished and clean with a small courtyard. Breakfast at the Cafe was great everyday and the food at the restaurant for lunch/dinner was some of the best we had in Lecce.

Great location just steps from the main Piazza and directly across from Palazzo dei Celestini. Gorgeous building and very impressive suite. We were in the suite with three beds and it has two small beds and an incredibly large bed in a closed bedroom.

Directions could be better especially if you have people with disabilities it's best to get as close as possible to the Palazzo dei Celestini with your car when the ZTL is non active.

Flat is in the historical center of Lecce, on the corner to main street accesible by elevator. It is very comfortable with two bedrooms. Beds are comfortable. Matress are qualitty as pillow too. Bed linen was fresh. We did not use kitchen. Badroom is comfortable and clean too.Quiet area. Nice young lady was wait on us after phone call and came with us to followed us at the accomodation. If you travel with a car, close there is no good place for parking, so you can contact the owner. He send us link for parking not far from accomodation. We had a perfect breakfast on different locaton on main street few minutes by walk, where is also a check out point.

A perfect accommodation for a short visit to Lecce, a discount at dinner with a Bon Jovi tribute band mini concert perfectly complemented by the rich breakfast included in the accommodation price. Lecce left us the impression of a friendly city, good food at affordable prices, with rich history and wonderful people, thank you and we want to visit again. Perfect location. Clean and plenty of space. A small balcony facing an inner courtyard, a place to breathe or.. smoke.

Spacious room in an old vault, comfortable bed, bright, quiet (no noise from anywhere), private garden to rear. Located within a few metres of the basilica. Plenty of places to eat and drink on our doorstep.

Although the breakfast included in the price was generous, a written menu would have been appreciated. It might have helped to make a choice more suited to our tastes.

You cannot be more central than this. We had the apartment on top of the building with a huge roof Terrasse. The breakfast at the Miro bistro was plentiful and delicious and the staff gave their absolute best to make us feel welcome, especially Miro himself. It is also possible to have aperotivo or dinner there. Try the Cozze soup, my absolute favorite.

Excellent location in the centre of the old town. Loved that breakfast was included. Owner is lovely.

A bit noisy at night because of the busy bar downstairs, other guests coming and going, the fridge in the room, and the water pump/heater in the bathroom. Please give guests more soap. I was provided enough towels for a family of four, but only given one tiny bottle of shower gel for a two-night stay. Okay, I don’t mind using it to wash my hands, etc. too, but at least provide a new one each day. Had to ration it out to last 2 days.
