Very comfortable room with air conditioning in a quiet residential area, only a 15-minute walk from Porta Napoli, the entrance to the historic centre of Lecce. On street parking outside is free. Great value for money

Nothing. It was just perfect for my 2 night stay in Lecce. However, the electric socket on the left side of the bed came away from the wall when I tried to plug something in. So I just didn't use it. Needs attention!

The manager was extremely friendly and supportive. We requested earlier check-in and we got it very easy. Good accessibility of one of the best beaches in the near by public transport. We can moderate our breakfast and it was very useful thanking into the account the typical Italian breakfast.

We ordered the simplest furnished and I suppose the cheapest of the available rooms. There wasn't any space for eating. We asked if it possible to use the breakfast area as well for lunch time but it was regretted because of hygiene reasons and offered the garden as a option. Taking in the account that the outside temperature was extremely high it wasn't the option at all.

We liked everything: it was very clean, quiet (for Lillac Room) and excellent coomunication with the host, Marco, good variety for breakfast. The property is not very far from centre about 20 minutes walking, in a quiet and safe area.

The fact that after the shampoo and the shower tel finished, the was no refill. Some noise for the rooms facing the street (Green room).

The room was very clean, spacious and comfortable. The breakfast staff was very friendly. Delicious breakfast.

The manager only contacts me via WhatsApp. There is car noise.

We had an excellent stay for one night! The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-appointed with everything we needed. The host made sure we had all the information to make the most of our short stay. Highly recommended 👌

Suprisingly well organized and big room with good parking. Room was decent size, good communication, nice walk into beautiful old town. Recommend.

The cleaning ladies or another group were arguing outide our room at 7.30am or so, but we were basically awake so no big deal.

The bed had a plastic mattress cover which wasn't nice to sleep on and the sheet didn't fit the mattress , so slid off. A beautifully designed apartment with a fabulous terrace. It was well heated in a cold January spell, although the radiator didn't get warm at the top, but the air-conditioning which acted as a heater as well, was a good backup source of heat. A comfortable place to stay with easy access to the centre of Lecce, with the added bonus of parking on the street right outside in an area which felt very safe.

Everything. Easy to find, very nice stuff, nice garden, spacious and comfortable room.

Just the location, because I like to walk to / from city centre and it’s not so close, but everything rest compensate this.

I specially loved the attention paid by the staff. We used the bikes there for a ride around the city and breakfast was superb. I also loved to have some teas and a kettle inside the room.

The room is spacious and comfortable. Location is near Lecce, so the parking was much easier. Owner very helpful in everything. FYI pet owners: 5 euros per day extra for the dog.
