The front office worker was very nice and helpful, she was waiting for us at the property, helped us with our luggage and the parking and she was available to answer questions via WhatsApp

They didn’t provide clean towels every day , the shower floor mat was soaking in water and the cleaning person folded and put it on top of the shower door which was not pleasant at all, my husband was trying to take a shower in the morning and the water was cold and I wasn’t able to take a shower and wash my hair before starting our day and that wasn’t convenient at all…..,

Nothing - had everything we needed. Some people may find the wardrobe a little small but we were only there 3 days so fine for us.

The location is excellent and perfect for a one night stay. We also wanted to check-in early and we were able to collect the keys and leave our bags in the property before going out on a day trip which was really helpful.

Would prefer to pay the tourist tax as part of the booking like in our other stays. We only had €20 cash and didn’t get the correct change because there wasn’t the right amount to give back.

They cleaned our room every day. New tiwels The left 2 small bottles of water every day as complimentary....It was nice, especially when we arrived at the place thirsty and my husband loved the Italian coffee.

Nothing really. Real good value with great location. Traveling in different places for the last couple of weeks and this was the best place we stayed

Very central location. Beautiful old building. Comfortable bed. Considering the advertisement as luxury it would have been nice to have hot water in the shower, not just warm. Coffee maker was great. Hot water maker also.

Water was not hot enough for the shower.

Would be nice if cutlery was provided. Although, I did get a spoon as soon as I asked for one

Alessandra at the front desk was lovely and very helpful. Room was great, ours looked out to a light well. Some construction work going on outside but not too disruptive. Great location though I wouldn't drive in..

There is a flight of stairs to reception.

The apt was centrally located and very nice with lots of modern features .. The staff was great and helped us with all questions and requests
