The breakfast was really fantastic! Tarts and baked goods, honeycomb, jams were really exceptional. The view from dining room was beautiful also. The staff made us wonderful cappuccino and were extremely polite. The beds were super comfortable as were the pillows.

The bathroom toilet seat needed fixed and adjusted. Our room was on roadside with a beautiful balcony and we like to sleep with windows slightly open for air but every night around 2am I was woke up due to some service people rolling a loud cart out into the street ( maybe garbage). This was quite annoying. Luckily I was able to fall back asleep. Unappreciated though.

The location looks a little bit away from the town but there is a small path that leads you in the heart of Lerici. The breakfast is superb and the view from the terrace whilst enjoying your breakfast is fantastic. The shuttle service is great that picks you up from the town. Lerici is a lovely town that isn't overcrowded.

The breakfast was fantastic with an amazing selection of fresh fruits, breads, pastries, salads, meat and cheese. Real honeycomb for fresh honey. The free shuttle down to town was appreciated and convenient.

Junior suite is large, with comfortable bed and lovely sea view. The free shuttle to local beaches and town is also a big plus and very convenient. Breakfast offered good choice compared to other Italian establishments. Free parking in front of the hotel was appreciated.

Lobby area needs renovation. Bathroom had a slight sewage odor.

The included breakfast was unbelievable. The view from breakfast and from the room was the nicest view on our trip to Italy. The bathroom was quite cool and it's always a plus to have a double sink. Very very modern. The room was huge with two AC units and two single pull out beds.

My only complaint is the AC seemed to shut down after 4 hours. That may have been some sort of user error. I woke up to kind of hot. I turned it back on and went back to sleep.

Hotel Europa is outstanding. The staff is also outstanding, the view from our room was amazing. The breakfast was absolutely one of the best that we ever had, great variety and high quality items. To us, this is a 5 star hotel. Kudos to the management.

A small item but perhaps the use of an iron as sometimes clothes left in a suitcase for a while could do with an iron.

Absolutely stunning views over Lerici and across the sea. The hotel is modern, very bright and clean. The parking is just opposite and a little tight but there seems to be plenty for everyone. The breakfast is amazing - such a choice. The restaurant staff were all helpful and friendly. It would be nice if there was an option to have dinner in the hotel, especially with the restaurant terrace overlooking the views.

The Europa Hotel was a great base to explore Lerici and the Cinquiterre. Very friendly helpful staff, a generous breakfast with a knock out view, fantastic air conditioning in the lobby and our room (July in Lerici is HOT). We had a side view which meant we had our own little terrace and a view of the harbour. Our room was quite small but very clean with a big comfortable bed, the bathroom was a good size and we had a walk-in wardrobe for clothes storage! We were grateful of the hotel shuttle bus back from the town, the great view comes with a steep climb back up the hill.

Huge, huge, huge surprise for a 3 star hotel. In a positive way... The view of the bay, breakfast, room, bathroom size, free parking , lovely staff. Real value for money. The biggest surprise in recent years in terms of hotels....
