I liked the delicate scent of wood throughout most areas. I was told the hotel was renovated about 6 years ago, to include wooden cladding and tasteful accents, creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere, while still feeling very much like a modern hotel. Open views towards the mountains, valley and lake Caldonazzo. The outdoor breakfast area was also very pleasant. The staff went out of their way to provide an assortment of delicious, gluten free carbs (including warm buns and cake!) for my coeliac travel companion. Delightful! Just wish we had arrived in good time to try the wellness areas. Next time, for sure! :) Noticed a couple of guests with well-behaved dogs. Wonderful to know furry friends can also be accommodated!

Comfortable bed in a clean room with a good balcony. Hotel in a central location in town. Breakfast food o/k and coffee good.

All was well and only the pool a bit small.

Odd that there is tea and coffee making facilities in room, but no sugar or milk available, even when we asked. Staff in the restaurant weren't very friendly. They seemed stressed and one staff member in particular (Elena) was blunt and rude. Young man working behind bar in afternoon was also unhelpful and unfriendly to guests. The hotel is attractive, but lacks warmth, it is very stark, rooms included. It needs artwork on walls and more potted plants. The staff were all quite young and seemed to lack direction at times and were certainly not of a high standard of professionalism. Disappointing.

Top location for Levico town centre and to explore the surroundings. Excellent and abundant breakfast. Fantastic authentic local food from farm to fork, in a beautiful and cosy location surrounded by wooden furniture and northern design of good taste. Appreciated the attention to detail and cleanliness in every area of the hotel and its amenities. Great gym and wellness area with several saunas where I also had a fantastic ayurvedic massage. The pool outside comes with a jacuzzi well sheltered besides (in case of rain). All spaces aren't excessively big-size for a more intimate and relaxed experience.

Reception and restaurant staff very friendly and helpful. Food also excellent at breakfast and dinner.

We stayed in the other part of the hotel a little further away and walked up to use the pool thinking there would be towels up there (as the pool and spa were included), when we arrived at reception we found out there was a charge (not deposit, charge!) of €10 per towel. I travel a lot for work and find it really unusual that towels for the pool weren’t automatically supplied as normally the hotel don’t like you using the ones from your room so insist your get them at the pool. €20 for a towel for me and my partner seemed like a rather high cost.

Wonderful, friendly staff, a beautiful spa section with 3 different saunas, a fabulous breakfast - all placed in a charming village. We loved our time there and hope to return next autumn!
