A gorgeous property, sparklingly well maintained, with a truly lovely and obliging staff. Delicious pool surrounded by fruit trees; many outdoor areas for lounging & recreation. Delicious breakfasts; lovely dinner at the restaurant. It’s possible to have a light lunch as well. Perfectly convenient to the temples, museum, other restaurants, shopping. The station is also in walking distance, for those with light luggage and/or for day trips around the Amalfi coast etcetera.

As a guest who stayed for several days, the possibility to arrange for laundry would have been welcome.

This hotel was a wonderful place to stay with helpful and friendly staff. We were warmly welcomed on a cold and gusty day. The superior room was worth it, as access was by lift, it was very spacious, beautifully furnished and had a lovely view over the garden. After visiting the wonderful temples of Paestum, we dined exceptionally well at the attached Michelin guide restaurant, Casa Coloni. The excellent food and gracious service were impressive. A selection of appetisers, breads and miniature patisseries were also included. My food intolerances were easily taken into account. The included breakfast offered a wide variety with many homemade goods. Thank you to all the exceptional staff for a wonderful stay.

Wifi didn’t work in our room. Repeated assurances that ‘they were working on it’ but no evidence over the days we were there. TV did not have any English language channels, even though the hotel marketed to and hosted English speaking clientele. Temperature in room was too hot and could not turn it down as it was centrally controlled at the office. We were told it would be adjusted, but it wasn’t.

This was our second time at this hotel. We thoroughly enjoyed staying here again! The service and location is great (only 10 minutes by bike to the beach). Great drinks and the breakfast is tasty. Can also recommend the hotel’s restaurant Casa Coloni, which is amazing!

The bedrooms in the “annex” (not the main building) are not very soundproof. You can easily hear people talk in the other rooms. Also, the scrambled eggs at breakfast could be better.

We very much enjoyed our stay in Paestum at the Tenuta Duca Marigliano. Our room was comfortable, clean and quiet and the hotel grounds were beautiful with gardens and a pool. It was wonderful to start each day with a delicious and plentiful breakfast on the outdoor patio under flowering vines. All of the staff people were friendly and accommodating. We didn't have a car, but it wasn't a long walk from the train station and from the hotel we could easily walk to the Greek temples and the restaurants in town. We hope to return to Paestum and would definitely stay at Tenuta Duca Marigliano again.

We booked this room just a few minutes before arriving. We were welcomed by the front desk staff and shown to our room. The room was unbelievable, overlooking the nearby countryside and the Hotel's quaint gardens. The hotel is in a re-modeled country manor and has high ceilings. It's been wonderfully re-modeled with all modern facilities. Located just a few minute walk from Paestrum's Greek Temples, it was the perfect location for us to visit this world-class archeological treasure. The breakfast the next day was the best of our entire trip. This is a place to come back to!

Nothing could have been better; it was perfect.

For visiting the incredible site of Paestum, this is the most magical hotel. It's elegant, welcoming, stylish, accommodating, 5mins walk to the site, welcoming staff. Incredible dinner in the restaurant & they kindly prepared me a vegan meal (I let them know in advance). It was one of the most magical meals of my life. Delicious breakfast, great choice, high quality. Everything in the hotel is well thought out, beautiful touches, very very clean. It also has a lovely and interesting history. The gardens are pretty, beautiful views over the countryside. Close to the sea for the summer months. The staff were all very friendly, professional & helpful.

Set in beautiful gardens and a short walk to the Greek temples. Very pleasant staff. Good breakfast- fresh fruit, natural yogurt and muesli - perfect for me. Hot options available and croissants & cake. Excellent restaurant within the grounds, Michelin starred.

The bathroom was very small and the shower leaked all over the floor, it needs redesigning with more hooks and a shelf for toiletries. The pool is also very small and the kids pool was out of service.

They had a lovely buffet breakfast that included scrambled eggs, bacon, cheeses, fresh croissants and other breads, juice, cereal, fruit and hand-made coffee! There was a shaded outdoor seating area in their beautiful garden as well as an attractive inside area in what had probably been a stable/storage area in years past. It was a charming setting and the food was wonderful!

The room was smaller than I was expecting, but it had a lovely window looking out over the garden and the bathroom was attractive with a decent sized shower. There was also an elevator which was convenient since we were on an upper floor.

The hotel is beautiful and cozy with charming outdoor areas. The restaurant is fabulous! The complimentary breakfast offered a great selection. The staff is amazing and would do anything to assist you!

The only thing negative I can say is that the room was warm and it doesn’t have an AC. It was good once we open the window however it doesn’t have a screen so a few bugs got in and the birds woke us up in the morning. But this was all very minor things and we still had a great experience!
