This hotel is right in the main square, only about 50 metres from the Basilica. It's ideally-placed for people who want to spend time in the historic centre of Loreto and is excellent value for money. The staff are very friendly, rooms are traditional Italian-style. Very good Italian breakfast, with lots of choice. The staff are attentive and helpful. The restaurant caters in the main for tour groups, but when I enquired about dinner I was told that if I wished, I could also dine there.

Nothing comes to mind, it was ideal for me as a solo traveller. I felt very safe there.

The buffet breakfast was very good and plenty. Although we had to climb up and down the stairs from the bus stop, the location of the hotel is still good because of its closeness to St. Rita’s Basilica. The staff were attentive to our needs. We like the fact that they had a driver to facilitate our day visit to Rocaporena, St. Rita’s hometown. They also provided our ride from the hotel “down” to the bus stop early in the morning.

Over all excellent! Receptionists are friendly, welcoming and helpful. Thanks to Beatice, Andrea and Valero, also to the housekeeping lady, Patricia and to the kitchen/dining staff. Excellent location for me as a solo pilgrim. Quiet. Very good hotel for the pilgrims.

Breakfast is good with many choices. But I think breakfast should have a bit of variety. It should not be the same every day.

The location was exactly what we were looking for. Directly on the piazza right by the church containing the Holy House. Staff made recommendations for restaurants that proved to be excellent. The desk clerk called a small restaurant and got us in, though it is usually reservation only. The day of departure, another desk clerk assisted us with Taxi reservations in another town since our language skills were lacking. Couldn't have done it without her.

Simone the guy receptionist was warm welcoming.us and good language clear in English , fantastic location to Basilica and around ...breakfast was excellent having good variety of selections..I will fully recommend the this Hotel to others, got many calling cards to give it to Priests & Nuns.

Oh ! Terrible NOISE when group students checked in almost 9-10 pm banging, shouting at the corridors..NO ADVANCE INFORNATION given to us or probably transfer our room out of the crowds of students...we ate elderly and need to sleep early

This hotel has a superb location just 2 minutes walk from the Shrine. Our stay was very comfortable with a good quality breakfast. However, the best part of this hotel is the very friendly, helpful and welcoming staff, who went above and beyond, to make sure that our stay was enjoyable.

Staff were very friendly and even helped me by driving my bags to next location in Loreto which really helped me as I was on my own and wasn't looking forward to walking with them to the next place especially as I wasn't sure where I was going.

The information about how to reach the hotel by car was not very clear and you risk to get fined. Also, it would be great to have a discount on the parking place if you stay there over night. Breakfast was mediocre.

This is a modest pilgrimage hotel located right in front of the Basilica.The staff are great. The room.is large and very clean. The breakfast is excellent. You could not stay anywhere better in Loreto.

One cannot beat the view from this hotel. We could see directly into the main piazza from our windows. The staff were friendly and responded quickly to any questions or requests. We arrived earlier than check-in and were able to leave our bags.
